I bought a car from this dealer with half a year guarantee for any repairs. As we live far from the dealer we agreed with the owner Jay that the repairs will be done in the garage near where we live. Jay called the garage and agreed on the payment. When the bill was issued he didn't pay. I called him several times asking to make a payment. He didn't.... I told him I am going to call Zuto who recomended the garage. He just said 'Call them!' Dishonest and rude to your face, what can I say.. ..

Can I get warranty

Had the misfortune of trusting Jay to buy a Van from him for shipping overseas, biggest mistake of my life, don't go anywhere near this company especially Jay he is a complete LIAR. As a overseas buyer you should be able to trust dealers - in his descriotion of the vehicle I purchased he said the van had Air Conditioning I asked him to make sure it was working correctly as was exspensive to repair here in Cyprus, all is working great as it should nice and cold was his reply on arrival in Cyprus the first thing I wanted to check was the A/C guess what the van did NOT have A/C fitted, it get worse he said the van had a FULL Service History LIAR the last stamped service was 2018, I have just taken it to my garage and his first comment was this has not had a service in years, he discribed the bodywork as "Stunning" again a LIAR was large dent in side door and stone chips all over bonnet, next the Radio is not working needs new LED screen, he discribed the paint as being Metallic LIAR only flat base paint, fitted with Space Saver wheel LIAR standard wheel fitted. Plus I was faced with a €70.00 storage charge at the port because instead of sending the logbook via DHL as I asked and that I would pay he sent it via the Post Office took 3 weeks to arrive I was unable to pick it up without the log book. His brazen comment in early negoiations with the purched he told me "TRUST ME" I have sold many vehicles blind to customers during the pandemic and they were all very happy. If you are anywhere near this garage looking to buy a vehicle drive past as quick as you can he is a complete . Just had call from mechanic both rear wheel cylinders need replacing and rear brake shoes down to metal. Should get MINUS ZERO STARS

We spoke to Jay on many occasions, doesn't respond to email, have to constantly chase him and still doesn't get issues resolved. Having to case matter further and maybe to court
