I bought a Ford Fiesta from them. The price was very good and 3 weeks later everything is fine. reading other reviews I noticed a lot of people complaining of this guy being rude, I have to say he is not the happiest looking guy in the world but we all are different and he is what he is!

Went today to look at a vehicle, as it happens the car was nice and possibly what I was looking for, the salesman (?) spoke to me like something he had just scraped off his shoe. I walked away really quickly. Later in the afternoon I rung him to ask why he had spoken to me that way to be told "yes its just the terminology we use" he issued a vague kind of apology. Its a wonder he manages to sell anything to be honest.

People like this give car traders a really bad name.Very unprofessional rude arrogant attitude wasted hour driving down there to basically look at car from outside.These idiots shudnt be trading at all think we had a lucky escape save urself the headache read there reviews thank you google 🙏🏻 .The reviews on autotrader are definitely fake do your research and stay away.Worst dealers i seen in my time cudnt even make it up,use your hard earned money elas where !!!

Drove over 2 hours to view. Told we can’t test drive which a proper dealer would let you but NO. Was told he’s driven it for a week and perfect. Must be stupid or deaf. Knocking noise from drivers side front and vibration when pulling off. Jack it up to look for the knock and found nothing but rusty components. Already overpaid for the car to just be ripped off. Shouldn’t even be trading. Joke. Was also told it had full service history. Had one service since 2013. That’s not full.

Saw a car on autotrader and travelled over an hour by public to see it. Je had no manners on the phone and I sensed he was gto be avoided but eventually thought I'd give him a try. Got there he was gone. Carpet sales man nearby tried building him up as good. This man has no manners, can't say hello, gestures at you and won't even let you test drive the car. Asked if that was the smell of the diesel and like a teenage brat he said "Well, don't smell it then". I paused for a few seconds then made my exit. Now I see all the negative reviews, and I swear they are true. Avoid this idiot and potentially lethal cars. Didn't deserve one star.

Had 09 zafiza automatic purchased 02/12/2019 Radiator was holed in December....tank was full of water January...both done by the AA under their insurance...Ferris paid the £35 excess in both cases. 5/02/2020 gearbox goes kaput!!! Then he says there is no warranty on the car despite paying the excess twice!!!! You might as well burn your money than giving it to him!!!!!

When I went to Ferris Wheels I didnt know what I was looking for but had a budget an some sort of idea but when I got there they was really helpful and I got so more than I wanted and change in my purse .brilliant car absolutely love it an the men was great even showed me where the water went an oil and said bring it back they will do if I forget. I recommend to anyone .no nonsense no messing around, but fair.

Initially thought they were good people to buy from, I did all the checks HPI DVLA etc, went to see the car and it stood up well to a inspection so made a deal to p/ex my car and bought it. Only when I got home and looked at the receipt did I notice the car was sold as unroadworthy and no warranty. Be very careful when dealing with these people
