Maybe you were one of the lucky ones ....or your an employee being asked to write a 5 star review to counteract all the bad ones. This place is the pits & many people have lost money to this criminal. Taken to court & owed money never to be seen again . I lost £8000 . A nurse & the worse decision of my life to buy a car here.

I do agree with Jess. Are you a real customer? I was forced to take Paul's company to court!! He's been holding the car for almost 2 months now and I have no money and no car!! I cannot even travel to my workplace either buy any replacement car because I was saving money for 2 years to buy a car for a cash to avoid finance!!

So sorry to hear this. But honestly had a couple of issues with these vehicles as expected which were sorted very quickly. One was quite major with reference to the onboard computer system which took a few days as they had to contact the main dealer for information codes etc. One was the boot wouldn’t open & a new part was ordered & fitted after three days but was still drivable. I did feel I was treated well
PLEASE DO NOT IGNORE BAD REVIEWS! If I read the reviews before I bought a car from this men!!!!...... Company registered against the address of the middle of the field! At that place, all businesses trading around never heard of the vehicle a finance car trader in there area!!!!!! Paul is an absolute conman. Do not buy a thing from him! He rips off money from innocent people. Currently I'm going trought legal action to get my money back for the faulty car I purchased from him as no confidence in taking it back. Used to trade as: car sales solutions limited hunter devine capital limited car sales solutions Ltd!!!! Shocking!!!

Im sorry this is still happening. I took them to court in 2019 & won & the company went into liquidation ^ then reopened under another name . I lost over £8000 . My mental heath took a tumble over this Paul Taylor i hope you one day get what you deserve. You should be locked up.
After changing work and spending more than one hour commuting, I decided to buy a car. I hadn't driven for many years and I wasn't very confident in driving. I didn't want to spend too much money. The gentleman with long hair was very patient and give me a very useful pieces of advice about driving, insurance and car maintenance. Kass, the admin lady, was very nice. After several months, I feel very happy and confident with my Fiesta.

Purchased a car from them that immediately broke down. They then "fixed" the car which broke down again within 5 minutes of driving away. They began to ignore calls, block numbers (caught them out by ringing from a new phone number) and get extremely confrontational onsite when you're seeking your legally obligated refund. A quick google shows they do this yearly and dissolve the business when small claims build up (previous business name CSH1, car sales Fareham, etc.) There is a reason they're hidden off a dirt track with non English speaking workers living in caravans on site. Avoid at all costs if you value your time and money.
