Having recently picked up our new Dacia Duster I would like to praise and thank Trainee Sales Executive, Michael Norcliffe, for his polite and professional manner throughout the whole sales process guiding us through every step. Michael was exceptional at explaining everything carefully, happy to repeat things when asked. I would definitely recommend Fish Brothers Renault in Swindon.
My treatment was really bad. The sales process was Ok but the minute the van was sold calls, texts and emails were ignored. Sales agreement was not honoured, parts missing and nobody cared, they just failed to deal with it. It’s the worst customer service I have experienced. I spent a fortune at this dealership and the minute they had the money they didn’t want to know. AVOID!
I was genuinely interested in purchasing a new vehicle, a Dacia 4X4 which is a sideline for this Renault dealership, I made it clear that it was an urgent purchase and the finances were in place. The salesman could not have been less interested and was blunt to the point of rudeness, no effort to explain any features or benefits of the vehicle, didn't say a word during the very short test drive. Made no effort to communicate in anyway whether talking about the vehicle or just general courtesy customer chit chat. Yes it wasn't a top model but I was looking at 12k-14k on a new vehicle. The chap that opened up the showroom, late, also didn't even say hello despite the fact that I was waiting outside when he arrived. Needless to say I went across the road to Pebley Beach Suzuki/ Hyundai and was treated excellently and bought a brilliant Hyundai 4X4 later that day.
Since I purchased my car one year ago, I have not had one call to see how things are with my choice or to try and sell me servicing or MOT which was just due. This actually reflects the initial purchase experience which was all about getting the car out of the showroom and closing the door firmly once you're out Not to worry as I have now found a GOOD Renault dealer who will pick up my ongoing custom. I would urge all potential customers of Fish Brothers to shop around before committing to their poor customer service

I paid for my car from a distance and as such I guess I left myself open to the integrity of the dealership. The photographs were taken cleverly so as to conceal damage to front bumper, only paint damage but all the same damage. All of the time whilst negotiating the deal the salesman and dealership claimed the vehicle was in top condition, NOT TRUE. The vehicle was handed over with a completely empty tank, it just made it to the nearest garage and ran out of fuel at the pump. I only spent £7k but was treated like I paid £20, not very good at all. Now happy with my choice but will never go back to this dealer
