The experience was great from start to finish. The only downside is that the service light came on shortly after purchase but it couldn't really be helped due to the timings of the mandatory service. The staff were very good - Ryan who dealt with me was very helpful from start to finish. We negotiated a deal and when it needed a part fixing they got it fixed and repaired whilst I waited. I'd happily give them 4 stars.

The staff were patient and welcoming - I felt comfortable there. The only improvement I can think of is for them to have a wider selection of cars to choose from.

4 was a bit surprised that the car came with no documentation no tear of slip from V5 no bill of Sale. But the actual transaction was good and Matthew was great to deal with.
