The purchase of the car was very good Straight forward as I paid by BT Ryan was very good in storing it until I got my merc repainted I have no issue with your sales team very helpful, knowledgeable and easy, without being "pushy" But much as I love the car I find the fuel consumption appalling To big a car, to underpowered which is such a shame I'm now looking into changing it for a diesel again, after 20yrs with those and having no issue with fuel economy I have come to the conclusion that petrol models need to be hybrid/ plug ins for the economy So disappointed in it as she's a lovely looking car ..but I have to drive it in Eco mode very sedately ALL the time .... Obviously didn't do my homework well enough .....so on the hunt again for another car But absolutely nothing to do with your sales service .....it was second to none And rate the service I got from Ryan, excellent. Thank you

Matthew was great, very efficient even when the dealership got busy he made sure I wasn't waiting and I noticed that he made sure everyone else in the dealership was also seen to. I am really pleased with my car, no issues with it so far. I would definitely recommend.

5 both Chris and Ryan who l spoke to explained everything about the car and finance and were very helpful from seeing the car to picking it up

I bought a Hyundai, and about a week after getting it, a warning light came on due to an issue with the front radar. I took it to the main dealership, and it could be something like a misalignment, as I only found out yesterday. It’s disappointing to have a problem so soon after purchase, but I want to be fair the dealership itself was good. The sale went smoothly, and everyone I dealt with was helpful. 4 stars is appropriate.

Fantastic car and fantastic customer service. I wasn't able to test drive the car myself on the day but I was able to sit in the car while they took me out in it. I took the CLA and the car has been brilliant for the moment I've had it.

Been a good car overall. It’s had to go back a few times for some issues. Mark has been really helpful and easy to contact, he always gets it booked in quickly. Gives you a clear date to drop it off and keeps things straightforward. 4 stars – I never like to give top marks, but it’s been handled well.
