We bought from Fishmotors not just for us but also recommended to family and friends who have also been happy with the service . They have always been friendly and helpful to us and go that extra yard.
Rang on a Friday evening to check car still available. Arrived early on Saturday to be told car had been lent to a customer ?! This put me off anyway as mileage etc. would be different as advertised. Friend rang two weeks later to be told same car not in yet and they'd ring her when it was. The fact all they do is point you to reviews on their own website us suspect. Never trust reviews on a companies own site.

This would seem very harsh as we would always offer to ring when the car arrives . It,s rare but now and again a car has not arrived in but obviously we would want to sell asap so we will always endeavor to contact a customer . Weren't very open about the car, left out a few problems when he took me through the car. The after sales was poor, I called them up multiple times and every time I did they either didn't answer or they told me the person I needed to speak to wasn't in.

I picked up my car after leaving it with them for 6 day's in order to get a few things sorted out on it i.e. the paint needed touching up on the back, the gear stick bag wasn't on properly, well these thing's weren't fixed. Then they tried to paint it in the rain, who does that? Oh and the car I bought constantly smokes, I have seen London taxi's that smoke less.

The car did not smoke when sold and the garage the customer took the car to be checked said petrol had been put in not diesel, despite this we still paid for this to be sorted which shows our great customer service backed by the 100's of testimonials at www.fishmotors.co.uk
I purchased a Vauxhall Insignia, when I got the car home it needed water in radiator, and oil in engine, two days later I had serious electrical problems, it had to go to main Vauxhall dealer. Fish Motors booked it in, but refused to pay the bill of £341, of which I paid. After nearly three MONTHS of haggling with them, I eventually returned the car, for a full refund, and an extra £750 that I had spent on the car. The head gasket had blown, that is the reason why it had to be continuously topped up with water. Their warranty is non existent, and it appears that they only welcome good comments on their review site. I only got my money back with the threat of going to county court.

In response to this review. Despite Mr Worrall having Vauxhall do work on the car without authorisation we still paid for the work. Vauxhall at the time were happy with the car. We have never met a customer quite like Mr Worral and were happy to give him his money back. The car was checked and re-sold to a very happy customer who left us one of 100's of lovely reviews at www.fishmotors.co.uk.

Please get in touch with me. I am putting a dossier of unsatisfied customers together. They have done the same to me and try to hide behind the mot centre JUST BECAUSE A CAR HAS A MOT DOES NOT MEAN IT IS ROAD WORTHY. The car I got from them 2 damaged tyres front pads and discs dangerous claimed service history which had none 69000 picked car up 70565 miles but it was fine it has a mot see what the court says I have complained to the finance company if no joy there will commence legal proceedings as now fish motors ignore my requests to sort the problems out. A few things we wasn't happy with when we got home was the front driver side tyre was worn out which I need to replace at my own cost, after contacting the dealer the next day they wasn't interested and told me to replace it . When I saw the car the dealer told me all the tyres were new and they had not done that many miles. We didn't get a sat navigation cd in the car which I had to purchase. And we were talked into getting 3 months RAC Cover it's not worth it and didn't even need it as I have recovery though my bank dealer said I need to take the cover otherwise I couldn't take it from the court yard. We got the car we were looking for. Had to spend RAC cover, new tyre and Sat Nav CD extra which we really shouldn't off. So not the best dealer to use in my experience.

We are glad to see you got the car you wanted and are happy as are 100's of our customers. The tyres would of been checked by in independent MOT centre before delivery so all legal . We cannot promise sat nav discs or such like for a second hand car. The RAC cover we supply are for repairs if needed and not merely road side assistance so completely different thing to your bank one .

Just because mot has passed the tyres A does not mean they are legal B does not relinquish you of your responsibility before you sell a car you seem to hide behind the mot quite a lot looking at your reviews I suppose a car that you say has service history is also checked by the mot haha.
