Rang on a Friday evening to check car still available. Arrived early on Saturday to be told car had been lent to a customer ?! This put me off anyway as mileage etc. would be different as advertised. Friend rang two weeks later to be told same car not in yet and they'd ring her when it was.
The fact all they do is point you to reviews on their own website us suspect. Never trust reviews on a companies own site.

This would seem very harsh as we would always offer to ring when the car arrives . It,s rare but now and again a car has not arrived in but obviously we would want to sell asap so we will always endeavor to contact a customer .

Weren't very open about the car, left out a few problems when he took me through the car. The after sales was poor, I called them up multiple times and every time I did they either didn't answer or they told me the person I needed to speak to wasn't in.

I picked up my car after leaving it with them for 6 day's in order to get a few things sorted out on it i.e. the paint needed touching up on the back, the gear stick bag wasn't on properly, well these thing's weren't fixed. Then they tried to paint it in the rain, who does that? Oh and the car I bought constantly smokes, I have seen London taxi's that smoke less.

The car did not smoke when sold and the garage the customer took the car to be checked said petrol had been put in not diesel, despite this we still paid for this to be sorted which shows our great customer service backed by the 100's of testimonials at www.fishmotors.co.uk
