Within the last six months I purchased a Jaguar from Fish motors. Not only was impressed with vehicle , but the service too. Great people to deal with. Recently I have had an issue with the car. I won’t bore you all with details. Suffice to say Ryan was straight on the case. Within 48 hrs the whole matter was sorted out. No sharp intakes of breath, no incredibly small print to deal with. Just good old fashioned great service. Do not go anywhere else, these people are amazing. I cannot praise Fish motors enough. Value, service, everything. Well done guys.

This was by far the easiest car I've ever bought a car, no hassle, no stress, no issues. It was quick, smooth and actually exciting. I found the car, a Peugeot 308, advertised on Facebook, I messaged and before I knew it Ryan had called with a ton of information, told me to think about it and come back to him. I really liked the car and the approach of the dealer, so I left a deposit. I went to collect a couple of days after and the car looked even better in person, it was in immaculate condition. The day after I got the car home the heat shield came off, I rang Ryan, he told me to bring it back the next day, he fixed it there and then and its been perfect since. Couldn't have asked for much more really.

Cannot fault this dealership. Found a Seat Ibiza online, called and discussed the car. Ryan was great, really helpful and informative he gave me all the details I needed about the car. The car looked and read perfectly. I knew exactly what I wanted, just needed to find the right one to buy. When I went to collect the car, it was clean, fully sanitised inside, exactly as described. I'm a mechanic by trade, so I had done my homework and had a good over the car when collecting - its spot on. The wife uses it more than me, and she absolutely loves driving it, got to admit, she looks pretty god damn good in it too! They were flexible, accommodating and very patient. We agreed the Ibiza would be ready a week from buying, but they rang me to say it was ready earlier IF I wanted to collect, I did! I had a car to trade in, but it had private plates on, and due to picking up earlier than planned the plate transfer wasn't complete, the dealer came and collected the trade in a week after. They worked around me at all times, I'm really really impressed!

I'm overly impressed with Fish Motors and Ryan in particular. He was an absolutely star when I recently bought my Nissan Juke. It's the first time I've ever financed a car so I was a bit wary, Ryan talked me through every stage, and explained what will happen, he really put my mind at ease, and got the finance approved really quickly and a great rate too. Since buying the car in January, I did have a slight issue with the battery, Fish Motors sent the home start up team out, twice and then offered to have the car back and replace the battery rather than keep jumping the battery. Since they have replaced it, the car is running perfectly. Its a lovely car, very spacious inside, but not too big to handle. The car has been very well kept, its in incredibly good condition, well looked after. I have a really good experience buying the car, and I won't ever look back, I will use Fish Motors now for all vehicle needs and I'll certainly recommend to others.

Fantastic dealership, I honestly couldn't fault them at all. They did the best they could, given the circumstances. I was torn between two cars, a Mercedes C Class and Mercedes CLA. The dealer was really patient and friendly with me. The salesman asked me a few questions about how I would be using the car etc, to help me choose which model. It wasn't just a sale to them, they genuinely wanted to make sure the car was the right one, there was no hard pressure, they made sure it would suit my needs and appropriate for me. I had a small issue after buying the C Class but luckily I bought the after care package and the dealer sorted it all for me, I dropped the car off at Mercedes and they sorted it straight away from me, it didnt cost me a penny. I would usually buy a car from main dealers, and I saw this car on the off chance when passing one day - I will never purchase from a main dealer again, I will return to Fish Motors for sure. Very smooth process from beginning to end.

I have been driving over 60 years and I have easily gone through 100 cars in my years of driving. I've bought second hand cars, new cars, broken cars, 3 wheeler cars, the lot. But I have never had a buying experience like Fish Motors provided. Its absolutely first class service, I couldn't fault it at all, every member of the team I spoke to was incredibly helpful and courteous. This is by far the best garage I've ever bought a car from, I will not go anywhere else now I've seen how good it can be. No pressure, no hard selling, no pushiness. Just gave me the time I needed and answered any questions I had. Seamless, faultless and stress-free!

I bought a Land Rover from Fish Motors, it was a distance sale, I live miles away from the dealership but the car I saw online was the exact car I wanted, it was the perfect; spec, age, mileage, colour and condition. The dealer organised delivery for me, and I was so impressed when the car arrived. It was spotless, pristine inside and out. I can't fault a single part of the process, the dealer was always on hand to help, very friendly but very professional. The customer service was brilliant, I would happily buy another car from here, everything was handled amazingly - super happy!
