After my initial review, which I might add I was asked to write in front of the salesman. Fish motors have proved themselves to be an absolute shambles and I would urge everybody to stay well clear. The sale of the car was very quick, a good point. However everything else was awful. I paid £500 for the car to be serviced, taxed etc. The car service wasnt completed, I spoke to their service garage Ace Mot's who don't remember my car, so, they said they wouldn't of put low ash oil in as the car requires. The service was also suppose to include filter changes, this hasn't been done. The car absolutely stunk if you tried to use air con, when I checked the filters they pretty much disintegrated in my hand so had definitely not been changed. There was also dead batteries in the key fobs which I had to replace. They also forgot to ask me for my deposit, the way they run their business is a joke: so then I had to ensure angry abusive emails and calls from their salesman Darren and the lady in accounts, telling me they wouldn't be paying off my old car.... My old finance company had already phoned me and said payment had been received. Another joke at the way they operate! Within 14 days of me buying the car I had some very bad news which meant the finance wasn't going to be appropriate. After speaking with the finance company, they told me fish can reverse the finance for £100 and get me in a different car without the negative equity. So I contacted fish and they told me they won't do that and they would only swap the car resulting in negative equity. When I asked them to do the figures, they flat out ignored me. Needless to say I've been to another dealer, who have looked after me brilliantly and sorted me out. Fish do not deserve to be in business their customer service is shocking.

I recently purchased a car through fish motors , ive been shopping around as it is my second car and wanted something to last me a few years, the staff are fantastic and the customer service is second to none also not to mention it is fantastic value for money i would highly recommend to family and friends! I purchased a Vw Phaeton. I travelled 150 miles to pick up a car and they knew 2 days before that Im going to come to buy a car but unfortunatelly when I came the car was not ready to sell- damaged tyre and completely worn brake pads. They tried to sell a car which was not roadworthy. The car was sold not as described, a lot of spec have been missed which I noticed when come back home and dealer refused to sort it out. I noticed that just after my complaine they posted information on the end of all advert but this was not there before: Every effort has been made to ensure the accuracy of the above information but errors may occur. Please check with a salesperson. Avoid to buy vehicle there.
