I brought a Ford fiesta 08 reg from FLC Yiewsley and not on the road for a week and the gearbox broke in the week.

We believe this review is false, we offered for you to bring the Ford Fiesta back so we could look at the fault but you have chose not to and was persistent on us paying you £800 for something we have never seen. You told us your previous vehicle had gearbox fault that was going to cost you £800 to fix so we believe your trying extort money out of us to repair the old car. FLC Yiewsley saw me coming..... Bought a Dodge Journey £8000 in cash. Catalogue of errors, historical gearbox problem. Now have a car worth nothing. All in the space of a year. Also when they said they'd repair something, they didn't!!!!

Just Bought a car from them in December 2017 and it overheated the same day I drove it off the forecourt and it took 4 attempts and 2 garages and 30 days during which I was driving a loaner car which was far below the level of comfort of the car I purchased. Ive spent nearly £1000 getting the car properly road worthy which also includes replacing dangeroulsy fitted unbalanced tires and have just found out from a main BMW dealership that the car has a failing turbo and was quoted nearly £3000 to replace and fit, all this is after FLC claimed the car "could not be faulted" mechanically! They have refused to fix the turbo after having sent it to one of their BMW specialist and charged me £80 for them having it tested. Avoid them!
I bought a polo from FLC at Christmas, and the car has been generally great. When I had an issue with the battery I took it in on a Saturday and they replaced it immediately. The staff were brilliant. Polite, helpful and refreshingly unpatronising!! Tim particularly was great. Couldn't do enough to help and made the whole process of buying a car easy.
AVOID AVOID. I bought a car from this dealer, it had numerous issues which I had bear cost as the dealer refused to cover them. The dealer still owes me money. I also discovered patches of dog hair under the seats, this dealer didn’t even clean the car. Avoid this dealer at all cost, not worth it.
poor customer service . and when something goes wrong with the car they don't want to know in the process of fighting with them now. My advise don't but from FLC Have had a lot of people message me there issues they have has as well with them
