Bought the car in June, was told it had a full service record and still under manufactures warranty until October 2025 asked what I do if anything goes wrong just bring it back also I asked if there was a sevice record yes lts in the compartment in the car driving home it came up in need of oil change took it back they had to re set thought they didn't check that so well also I asked for the service records on the vehicle nothing in the book as it was a bran new service and warranty book I requested the the service record stating oil change & oil filter I have now done 400 miles now its comming up two faults on electrics I rang up to be told my warranty has run out so much for low millage. have now booked it in for a full vehicle check bit of a let down as the car was £12,000

I went to buy a car agreed with the sales man the one i wanted. Asked to go get car I was trading it in, so drove to blackpool and back to change cars. Then to wait 30 mins for someone to talk to us again just to be told it was sold as we went to get our car that they told us to go.and get. Well i was buying 2 company cars that day, but now will never go back.

We purchased a lovely Hyundai Tucson from this dealership. The atmosphere at FCC is very relaxed and there are no pushy sales tactics. Pat really looked after us. All stock is well presented too. We did have a small niggle with our car a week later and I'm delighted to say this minor issue was fixed in no time at all by the on-site garage. I would buy from Fleetwood Car Centre again, no question.

I recently purchased a Ford Fiesta from here. The salesman I dealt with wasn't pushy at all, gave me the keys and let me take my time looking at the vehicle. When I requested a test drive, within a few minutes they had the vehicle ready to go. There was a slight issue with the car a couple of weeks after my purchase, however when I rung up there was no quibbles and arranged for the car to be brought in and fixed, whilst accommodating me with a courtesy car for a couple of days. Couldn't be more pleased with my new car, thankyou the Fleetwood Car Centre team!
