Bought a car from Flexy Cars and it was not as described. Problems showed up very quickly and things that should have been mentioned before the sale clearly weren’t. As soon as I raised issues, communication went downhill. Messages were ignored, calls not returned, and it felt like they just wanted to pass the problem on rather than sort it. Once the money was paid, there was no real aftersales support at all. This kind of behaviour explains why Flexy Cars has so many negative reviews.
AVOID THIS PLACE AT ALL COSTS Absolutely terrible experience — scammers and completely unprofessional. I bought a car from them and it broke down the very next day. I had to call emergency recovery and take the car straight back to them. They lied repeatedly, and now they refuse to give me a refund or even respond to me. I’m having to sort everything out through legal help and my bank. Karma will come back to you for this. And be warned: They charged me £120 for road tax, but when I called DVLA the next day to check, the car was not taxed at all. Just another way for them to put money in their pockets. Do not trust them. Save yourself the stress and hassle — go elsewhere.

I wish I had seen these reviews before purchasing my car. Do not buy anything from these cowboys, they are liars and untrustworthy
I would not buy a vehicle from Flexy cars if they were the only car dealers in the country! I went to look at one of their vehicles, but my experience has put me off, and I’m so glad! I went to view a car I had seen, however it had a damaged sunroof, I asked when they were getting it repaired and I was told it wasn’t and that I could claim it on my insurance (it’s easy, just claim on your insurance’) were their exact words -so they expected someone to pay a high price for a damaged car, and then advised to make a fraudulent insurance claim! Hell no!!! If they’re prepared to treat buyers this way, I could not, in all faith, have any confidence in any of their vehicles- what else are they prepared to do, just to make a quick buck. Think they need to be investigated by rogue traders!

They are worse than rats. They don't even attempt to be professional. They are the lowest level of human form (the Sales Manager Farooq). Hope someone sorts him out. SOB made promises that he couldn't keep and lied until the end. And yes after the money was paid he changed. So many things I expected were not delivered but I took the car anyway because I had already insured and taxed it and handed over the deposit. Also I didn’t want to the see Farooq ugly face again and again or listen to his BS. The car had new scratches and bumps. After 5 weeks DVLA have not received my V5. I called them and they just lie to me and say I need to wait for it. Really avoid this place if you want peace of mind. They are pirates and thieves. They make a living through dishonestly and use references for their religion (Islam) by saying Inshallah and god bless. Shame on these thieves. Not only did you bring shame on yourself but also you family and also your religion. You are not men of god stopping using these references.
Avoid Flexy Cars – Terrible Customer Service and Dishonest Dealings I highly advise anyone considering buying from Flexy Cars to think twice. My experience with this dealership has been nothing short of a nightmare. When I first approached Flexy Cars, they were friendly and professional. However, once the sale was completed, everything changed. I purchased a car from them, which they assured me was in perfect condition. After receiving the vehicle, it became clear that they had sold it under false pretenses: 1. Undisclosed Collision Damage: Shortly after the car was delivered, a collision sensor alert went off. When I contacted them about it, they downplayed the issue, saying it was caused by loading the car onto the delivery truck. However, a mechanic’s inspection revealed significant issues that had clearly been there before I received the car. 2. False Advertisement of Road Tax:The vehicle was advertised with an annual road tax of £190, but in reality, it’s £630 – more than three times the amount they claimed. 3. Multiple Mechanical Faults: The car had numerous mechanical problems, including faults with the transmission, antilock brakes, and several control modules. These issues were not disclosed to me before the sale. After trying to return the car under the 14-day return policy, Flexy Cars became incredibly rude and dismissive. They have refused to take the car back and issue a refund, ignoring my calls, WhatsApp messages, and emails. Their customer service, which was great before the sale, vanished completely once they had my money. I’ve had to escalate the issue by filing complaints with Citizens Advice, Trading Standards. This is not how any business should treat its customers, especially when dealing with high-value purchases like a car. Do yourself a favour and avoid Flexy Cars at all costs. Their lack of honesty, transparency, and customer care after the sale is appalling. Once they’ve made the sale, they don’t care about you or the problems with the car they sold you.

Description said full service history, when I received the vehicle there was no service history. Seller claimed it was online. when I eventually received the V5(after reminding the seller). I contacted Audi, who told me there was no record of any Audi servicing. The seller quite clearly has seen no evidence of service history. This is a case of misrepresentation which I am now following up.
I was roped in by the AA dealer promise, few decent reviews and the car gurus award, all obviously fake. Stay away, unsafe unroadworthy cars I am at a loss at to how my car passed MOT. Bald tyres, completely worn brakes, mismatched tyres on the same axle. Promises of parts fixed never happened, v5c had to be chased DAILY, no attempt to rectify any issues, dodgy MOT. My car was wobbly to drive! Issues with ac, missing parts, disguised damage I was unaware of...list is endless All in all setting everything right would be over 3k for a car I paid for over 20k cash. No customer service, instead a deliberate delay in response, a useless "in house" warranty. Salesman told a sob story and now cant even be bothered to respond. A great shame as I had seen another car I was interested in and would have purchased until these issues. Stay away.

This is a place holder review, I will update it soon. In short, Flexy has sold me a car which has different tyres on the front axel. This is in breach of the law.
