Very easy going and helpful and try everything possible to get you what you need... Totally honest with you. Would definitely use this company again

Purchased a Jaguar XF from Faisal back in October 2014. I initially emailed him to ask for a part ex val on my 'old' car, with no bother and really quickly he replied via email, offered me what I wanted. Faisal said the XF was immaculate so I paid a deposit and at the weekend my Husband and I drove all the way from South Derbyshire. On arrival the car was indeed stunning, after a test drive we fell in love with it and decided to buy it. Unbelievably everything was done there and then! I never really agree with admin fees but in this case it was invaluable because they did all of the paperwork for our private reg transfer, whilst not rocket science it is something I hate doing. I didn't write a review nearer the time because the car could have gone wrong at any time and I have no idea how they would have dealt with us if we had an issue but 3 years on the car is still immaculate and the purchase and part exchange was probably the easiest transaction I've ever had and the car was ridiculously good value.

Recently bought a used car 2012 Chevrolet captiva after two months the car broke down called FM motors Harrow many times but they didn't replied with a solution my experience was really bad and i am regretting after £ 2500 spent on repairs the car is still not completely fixed company says it has major problem in the engine now just trying to get rid of the car.

Brought a BMW ON 1/12/2016, 4 wks later issue with car, front disc completely gone, independent garage have told me that the car should not have been sold with these discs in this condition, phone garage back,told to phone warranty company,they said not covered and garage would have known this, now trying to get hold of owners, surprise surprise never available, spent £7000 on a car that is unsafe to drive,

I bought a car from them in October I really like the car and the guys were nice when I spoke with them. Found an issue with the car about 4 weeks later and while its taken about a month we have come to an agreeable outcome for the issue that I had with the car.

Excellent service from beginning to end. HIghly recommend this dealer and would purchase from them again. I bought an Audi A5 which drives beautifully and they had it all ready and done as agreed. Brilliant!!

Arranged a price over the phone without looking at car, went and saw the car was not in as good condition as described! Needed new tyres, had oil leak and still wanted top line for it. The man I dealt with was very rude to my friend who asked him a simple question. I ended up walking away from the deal because their customer service was so unprofessional and were asking too much for a poor car. AVOID!!!!
