Before we go any further, I would like to state how the duration of having this car has absolutely shattered my mental health. I just wanted my car to work and I feel like because I’m only 21, they tried to take advantage of this. I initially placed my deposit on Mon 15th Nov and I was told the car would be ready by Sat 20th. It was ready on Tues the 23rd. When I finally received my car, FM3 was more than happy to let me drive around in an unroadworthy car for a week! The passenger rear shock absorber is completely knackered. They told me when I received the car that "something was wrong with the spring” and to bring it in on Thursday 25th for them to fix it… Upon further inspection, we find out that this “little problem” is in fact my shock absorber which is an MOT failure and means the car is unroadworthy! It is now Mon 29th and they have let me down again! When I went to the shop earlier this evening, the salesman became very defensive and intimidating. This caused a great deal of stress for my father who is in fact elderly and disabled. This is 15 days I have not driven the car. When I called Farhad, he told me to “Take the car back, I’m not bothered." I'll make another £1000 out of it!” in an arrogant and aggressive tone. Midway into January, I was greeted with an Engine Warning Light so I took it to Audi. When they produced the diagnostic, I was told it was the Low-Pressure EGR system, DPF and that my front suspension arm rear bushes had excessive play. These diagnostics also brought up 35 extra pre-existing errors! At this point, I’d only had the car for just over a month and I have not driven it for a full month due to their constant need to repair it. I then took it to FM3 for a diagnostic with Syeed. It was talking about recirculation flaps and lots of other errors as well as the ones I stated. Syeed offered to do something to my car which will make the light stay off, he says he would prefer to do it the correct way, however, he can do that… Syeed was prepared to sabotage the integrity of my car and my safety for an engine management light. I’m disgusted… Eventually, we got it into an FM3 “Reputable Garage”. It was in there for 2 days. When I received my car back, I received no documentation or invoice as to the work which had been done and the Engine Management Light came back on within 1 mile of travel. When I confronted FM3 they told me to bring the car back at a later date AGAIN. So, at this point, I have been driving around with an Engine Management Light on for over 2 weeks now… Later this day, I received a call from Lily at FM3 (which I also have a full recording of). Expressing her frustration at a review I left regarding the altercation that had happened at the end of November. The review was a result of the way they treated my elderly and disabled father and the fact that they let me drive around in a not-road-worthy vehicle. Lily was using words such as “unfair”... This really upsets me as they are not the victims here! Lily even tried to hint that because her father is indeed 3 years older than mine, this makes our statement invalid… I fail to see the logic and argument within that statement. It’s clear that the call was to intimidate and pressure me into removing an honest review but they hid the call in a nice and professional tone. To make a statement that they feel they are being treated unfairly when I’ve had my financial situation, work situation, and family harshly impacted for 4 months all because of the car that FM3 sold me and because they are either incapable of helping or unwilling to do so is absolutely absurd! The next day, I drop my car off for what may be the 3rd time in 3 months now. Giving FM3 yet another chance to rectify the situation. I am offered a "courtesy car” which is a Vauxhall Corsa that is barely safe to drive so I refuse this… 2 Days later, I contact Lily asking how my car is getting on and she says that I never dropped it off! This nearly resulted in me contacting the police and reporting the car as stolen! Bear in mind I have now not really driven my car since mid-January as well as right at the beginning of purchase… I had to contact “their reputable garage” to ask them about the status of my car and they told me that FM3 had already been to collect it! Lily mentioned that they are a small family-run business and that they strive to ensure they provide the best service… They were obviously completely unaware that they had a £17,000 car in their possession! They also know exactly how I feel about the situation and they just seem to bring my car back with more and more problems! I have now come to collect the car again. The next day, my Engine Management Light is back on, there is another light that says Particulate Filter Fault and now my Air Conditioning is not working and is whistling when turned on… I am now unable to drive my car again… I contacted Lily again and they had promised to contact me back and of course, they have not… I had to leave work almost every time, drive to one of their many dealerships and source my own way back at my own expense and I am fed up with it. There has been no offer to rectify any mistakes, they’ve never offered to collect the car and bring it back to me or anything. Although they only have one right to repair, I decided to give them a fourth chance… They had the car for over a week. No work was done and they added 300+ miles to my car. I took it to an Audi specialist to get another diagnostic at my expense and the car came back with more errors than it went away with! Again, I am still not driving my vehicle… They took 2 days after to provide me with an invoice which, to be honest, looks forged and at this stage, I wouldn't put it past them… They also gave me a fake invoice at the beginning that contained another customer's details which is a serious breach of GDPR. When I called them to tell them that I would be rejecting the car, and to make them aware of the excessive mileage they added, they proceeded to threaten my dad again saying “Come down here and you will see a different side of me” and “F**k you and f**k your son too” which we have an audio recording of for anyone who would like to hear it. I’m disgusted as they called me weeks ago saying that my initial review couldn't have been further from the truth, yet I had a member of Blue Motor Finance on the call listening to him abuse my elderly disabled father and myself. Farhad also accused me and my dad of being mechanics and sabotaging the car deliberately... Even though I’ve tried to get it repaired nearly 5 times with them… It’s clear this guy is an absolute idiot, looking for any excuse to shift the blame and be uncooperative. I wouldn't even know how to sabotage a car and turn a light on! The finance tried to resolve the issue and apparently, Farhad gave them some abuse too… After this, they began harassing me and kept trying to get in touch, as well as sending me an invoice and trying to force me to pay for repairs on a part ex that I sold him, although he test drove it himself and said it was perfect… To make this harder, the dealership requested that they want to see the vehicle themselves. I am unwilling to do this as I know for a fact that they would sabotage the vehicle… The dealership has also requested that it gets examined for the third time. I have already had it examined by 2 extremely reputable garages: Audi… Bredbury Car Services - Audi Specialists How long is this going to take… Am I going to have to get the car diagnosed 12 times before they understand and take action? Selling an M.O.T failure is in fact a crime so there is now a legal issue here also. I seriously believe that this company needs a thorough investigation into its dealings and the way it instructs its partner companies, especially its repair companies. I would seriously stay away from this company. They are con men and bullies and after viewing some of their other reviews, I believe a significant number of others have been experiencing the same troubles. Lily told me that the majority of their customers are in fact elderly and disabled. The stress and strain they put me through during the time of having this car forced me into a horrible place mentally. Without a doubt, it could’ve caused serious damage or potentially killed an elderly and disabled person. They hoped I would go away and just give up, they couldn’t have been more wrong. It is now March 8th, 2022. I have still not been able to drive my vehicle yet I’m still paying... The dealership is still uncooperative and is looking for any way to prolong and avoid the situation. Am I also still out of pocket for the 2 diagnostics I had to pay for out of my own pocket in my own time and at my own expense… This is absolutely horrendous. I have spoken to trading standards about the comments and threats made to my Dad and they have in fact informed me that it could become a police matter, as again the finance was listening in too. I will be pursuing this!

Travelled 2.5 hrs to view an Audi A1 and wasnt disappointed - it was immaculate inside and out, it looked like it had just rolled off the forecourt. The staff were honest and friendly without being pushy. It was one of the most easiest car purchases Ive made and would definitley recommmend FM3 Cars to anyone.

Was able to source an M135i from FM3 but am based in Brighton so that also often puts people off in terms of travelling that distance. From the start Lily has been brilliant, i’ve had a few issues/faults with the car and Lily has ALWAYS been on hand to deal with them and get them rectified ASAP.

Bought a car from FM3 Motors in February, Whilst I was collecting the car, Freddy signed my service book for me, a few weeks later my service light appeared so I questioned this and was told that the car doesnt come with a service...if thats the case why was the book falsely signed? I was passed around everybody with regards to this and I wasn't given a straight answer. I asked if the car can be serviced at their cost to which they refused, I also questioned why the book was signed to which they lied tome and told me it wasnt. A few weeks later the whole back headlight casing had blown, they only offered to pay for half of the repair even though this wasnt my error.. 6 months later my whole engine blew due to the car not being serviced. Im now without a car but still paying for this for the next 2 years. Appalling service and very dodgy cars. Never again would I buy from here or even recommend anyone.

I travelled from South Wales to visit FM3 cars, a journey of 3 hours. When i got there i was not disappointed, they have a superb collection. I went there to buy a 4 series BMW. It was a beautiful car but as i have had a 3 series for 12 years now i guess that is what i have got comfortable with. With a tinge of sadness i said i will have a look at what else they had in stock. It took me 20 seconds to find my car, a 3 series 320d in white with all the m sport decor, gorgeous ))) Superb value for money, i would not be able to buy a car of that spec near me for the price i paid. I would like to thank Lily and her Dad and all the guys there, i would 100% return for my next motor, cheers guys and gal!! Craig. Swansea, South Wales.
