what a wonderful experiance meeting Harry and the team and the marvelous vehicle i purchased with no hick-ups i am extremely pleased with my Vauxhall Safire Edge it is excactly what Harry had said, a good runner, quiet, everything about the car is very pleasantly brilliant, i could not have wished for a more helpful mannerism from Harry he understood everything i wanted and allowed me the time to decide what to do even though it was very late in the day, nothing was too much trouble. to say i am pleased is an understatement. It's difficult to know what you are getting from a used car, but I've found Focus to be very fair. Holly is the friendly-but-unintimidating face of the forecourt and test drive, and Harry is the manager. I got a good price, and agreed a warranty and a few adjustments. They made minor adjustments after the first day and replaced a broken intercooler after 6 weeks no questions asked, and gave me a courtesy car while being repaired. I've bought cars in the same price range from other dealers, but will likely go back to focus next time.
