Just bought a van from these genuinely helpful friendly people . Nathan sold us the right van suited to our purposes, help point out the positives and negatives of every van we viewed so we didn’t get swayed by the looks of vans that actually wasn’t the best for us ! Phil, what a great guy , makes a great coffee and listened to my wife chatter on and on lol We had a small hitch with our van, called them and they insisted we brought it back. Force vans then stepped up and made sure that we were not out of pocket financially and also had a vehicle for the evening to get us home as we had arrived by train. Cannot recommend them enough. Force vans offer everything you need when buying a van ! Thank you for everything everyone. look forward to getting a second van from you soon Van runs great :) Nigel and Loraine

Purchased my twin wheel ex police Mercedes crew bus in March 2017. Cost inc vat (got them down £500) £8994. It came with loads of service history bar the last 6 months or so. Alarm bells should have rang then. Engine management light came on when I drove it home to Birmingham. That light has come on at least twice a month since the date of purchase. It is now Nov 2017 and I'm about to pay out another £2500 on a reconditioned automatic gearbox. This is on top of countless other repairs I've already paid out for. New radiator, oil cooler, alternator, battery, and at least 3 diagnostic tests to find out the cause of various other problems. I'm self employed and never did I imagine that a vehicle could cause me so much stress. I've lost work, had the added stress of RAC recovery and quite simply have no faith in the vehicle. Around £4000 give or take spent on problems since purchase. Force just sell what they get given at the end of the day. My advice to you... there are better vans out there to be had. Be patient and you'll find one.
Director from Force Vans in response to Big Mistake!
Hello, Thank you for your review. Would you be able to please contact us with your full name and the reg number of the vehicle in question as we have not had any contact about this and would have most definitely sorted any problems that you had with the van as we do with all of our customers and vans that we sell. We are actually fairly baffled by this review as we have not had any contact from anyone in Birmingham with issues with an automatic Mercedes Sprinter and it seems strange that this review has been left after all of this time.? Kind regards, Force Vans.
Bought Mercedes 416 LWB from Force Vans, Good overall service and did what they said. Will buy off these guys again.
I found force vans to be very professional and helpful. Brought a van not long ago and it was exactly what the description said it was, never had a problem with it. They said from the beginning that if there was any problems that they'd deal with it straight away. Found them to be such a great team and I'll be sure to go back to them! Recommend to anyone looking to buy a van!
Terrible service at force vans, rude, ignorant and dam right out of order. we had an agreement on work to be done to the purchased van, work had not been done, when questioned about it, I was accused of calling them a liar which they were! vehicle sump leaked and should have been sorted, they removed a blind and cage which covered the diesel heater. I paid for that as its part of the vehicle. I would never buy from these people again. I work dam hard for my money to be then told if I want good customer service I should go to Sainsburys, words of Nathan!! my experience has been appalling as a customer and I will shout from the hilltops "Beware of these people and their vehicles which are on their last legs!! this is my experience others have had good, happy for them! I would not touch force vans with a barge pole, they make me sick and in my opinion dishonest. Traders like them should be monitored by trading standards very closely.
I echo Roger's review. Plenty of stock to choose if you are looking for a decent van at a good price. We bought a transit Tourneo. Very friendly and helpful... even after the deal was struck and we awaited collection. They even gave it another valeting pre collection without us asking or it needing it as far as we were concerned. I would use them again especially if I was looking for something to convert.
