Now crossroads motor co. Still up to same tricks sold a dangerous van we had our money back after him trying to blame us for saying must have happened on the way home. DVSA had to get involved and send their report before he would refund, but we did get our full money back which shows guilt as he also paid for work we had done towards making the vehicle safe before another A4 page of dangerous defects were identified and a refusal to do any further work by our mechanic until dvsa inspected. I just want to warn others to stay away fiberglass instead of metal welds on the front chassis which affects steering breaking and rigidity of the vehicle. I know he will challenge this but ALL authorities and legal due to negligence he could have killed us!
Sold me a lemon and would not put it right just glad I paid by debit card and have got the bank chasing him for refund sold me a van that was dangerous and had a fake mot which is also under investigation. He has taken down the website and started a new company Take your money to a honest person

Great vans, Great Staff excellent customer service will always buy off Force Vans. Thankyou.
I found a van on the Force Vans website and with a detailed description which was very accurate. Van is brilliant and I must say the guy who we dealt with was a very nice guy. No pressure selling. The van spoke for itself. I’d highly recommend this company.
What a wonderful experience I had at Force Vans, I was dubious about purchasing a used van but luckily I stumbled across these guys on eBay... I arranged an appointment with a helpful chap over the phone for the following weekend. We traveled from France and was greeted with a smile buy young man he showed me around the stock and we finally settled on a Mercedes sprinter.
Just bought a van from these genuinely helpful friendly people . Nathan sold us the right van suited to our purposes, help point out the positives and negatives of every van we viewed so we didn’t get swayed by the looks of vans that actually wasn’t the best for us ! Phil, what a great guy , makes a great coffee and listened to my wife chatter on and on lol We had a small hitch with our van, called them and they insisted we brought it back. Force vans then stepped up and made sure that we were not out of pocket financially and also had a vehicle for the evening to get us home as we had arrived by train. Cannot recommend them enough. Force vans offer everything you need when buying a van ! Thank you for everything everyone. look forward to getting a second van from you soon Van runs great :) Nigel and Loraine
I purchased a ford transit super jumbo ex police riot van from Nathan at Force vans they was very help full and made sure the van was ready for collection i was pleasantly surprised when i arrived by train from Lancashire even the taxi driver was full of praise for this family run company . the van sat gleaming now affection ally named mildred it was everything as described and drives superb very happy with my purchase i would definitely buy from Nathan again and a big thanks to his team for making sure all the systems such as night heater fans lights where all up and running we are looking forward to many happy holidays in our new campervan to be .
Purchased my twin wheel ex police Mercedes crew bus in March 2017. Cost inc vat (got them down £500) £8994. It came with loads of service history bar the last 6 months or so. Alarm bells should have rang then. Engine management light came on when I drove it home to Birmingham. That light has come on at least twice a month since the date of purchase. It is now Nov 2017 and I'm about to pay out another £2500 on a reconditioned automatic gearbox. This is on top of countless other repairs I've already paid out for. New radiator, oil cooler, alternator, battery, and at least 3 diagnostic tests to find out the cause of various other problems. I'm self employed and never did I imagine that a vehicle could cause me so much stress. I've lost work, had the added stress of RAC recovery and quite simply have no faith in the vehicle. Around £4000 give or take spent on problems since purchase. Force just sell what they get given at the end of the day. My advice to you... there are better vans out there to be had. Be patient and you'll find one.
Director from Force Vans (Closed Down) in response to Big Mistake!
Hello, Thank you for your review. Would you be able to please contact us with your full name and the reg number of the vehicle in question as we have not had any contact about this and would have most definitely sorted any problems that you had with the van as we do with all of our customers and vans that we sell. We are actually fairly baffled by this review as we have not had any contact from anyone in Birmingham with issues with an automatic Mercedes Sprinter and it seems strange that this review has been left after all of this time.? Kind regards, Force Vans.
Jentie in response to Big Mistake!
Hi please contact me, recently had the same issue now trading as crossroads motor co, looking for evidwnce past and present to support the authorities amd legal getting involved.
Bought Mercedes 416 LWB from Force Vans, Good overall service and did what they said. Will buy off these guys again.
I found force vans to be very professional and helpful. Brought a van not long ago and it was exactly what the description said it was, never had a problem with it. They said from the beginning that if there was any problems that they'd deal with it straight away. Found them to be such a great team and I'll be sure to go back to them! Recommend to anyone looking to buy a van!
