I bought a car from them that didn’t last even two hours before the faults started to pop out on the dashboard. A week later the so called dealership is still reluctant to cover the repairs. Also they didn’t give me the logbook of the vehicle with the excuse that they had it misplaced and told me that I must go to the post office to get a new one. They call themselves a dealership but are reluctant to cover the repairs of the ABS sensor to an £8k purchase. Avoid that cheap and doggy place at all costs!!!!

Son was sold £20,000.00 BMW with a fault on it. The dealer took it back for 3 days no courtesy car, and failed to repair it. The dealer then misinformed him of his rights and fobbed him off for repairs until the warranty was up, then refused to fix the car. The car broke down, and has been off the road for 9 months while the dealer disputed repairs with the finance company. They are liable for the repairs but this caused my son to lose his job, become bankrupt and have the car repossessed. Dodgiest car dealer in Scotland!

DO. NOT. BUY. FROM. THEM. Been told it’ll cost me 4K to fix my car and that it will not pass an MOT but yet they passed it out. Hmmmmmmmm Also told me that shockers are meant to mist and that it’s okay if they leak a bit Hahahahahahah

Avoid at all costs , This is the worst car buying experience I have had in all of my life, once they have your money they dont care. I noticed water in the foot wells within 2 days of purchase and reported this to them, after doing research myself online found out that the car I bought was prone to water ingress and also faulty windscreen, ( bonding failure ) which mine had, this was confirmed by the windscreen technician when it was replaced, which I had to chase the dealership to replace otherwise I wanted my money back. I also stated to them that if the windscreen replacement did not fix the water ingress then I would be seeking a full refund, which it didnt as I still have the problem, that isnt to say that the windscreen didnt leak but it was faulty, I could physically move it above the mirror.. Anyway all of this was reported to the dealership within 30 days of purchase, which by law I could reject the said vehicle and ask for a refund. Easy you would think, No not at all ,the dealership have ignored all my correspondence and I am now in the process of seeking legal advice to take them to court. I wish I had checked the reviews on Google now as there are a few disgruntled buyers who have also had problems with this garage and have also had to take legal action. Please bear this in mind before looking to purchase a car from them.

I brought an 2011 Jaguar XF just over a month ago. Being used I expected the odd little job needed doing. I have had a serious problem with it recently, and being without a car has a massive impact on my life. Luckily Gerry at Forsyth street cars has been brilliant and helped resolve the problem. Would highly recommend and will be buying my next upgrade from him. Big thank you to Gerry and Forsyth street cars.
3 month now without a car since I bought from forsyth street cars. 3 bodge job repairs and even finance engineer wouldn't drive it it was that bad still ongoing.
