I am really happy with the Citroen I purchased from Fort used car centre. I am impressed with the service, the way I was welcomed. The gentlemen from there were so kind and even helped me find my wallet which I dropped there. There was a bit of a communication barrier with the finance company, being told the car would be ready in seven days, but my seven days were up and they were still not ready however they managed to make sure I got it on the day I needed it. I would recommend them to anybody!

Somebody rit my Mini off last Christmas and I did buy a 2 door but I needed to get back to a Mini, I like the Mini's and managed to find one at Fort used car centre which was ideal being fairly local to me. I am still waiting for my warranty, however the lovely customer service made it an overall good experience!

My purchase experience was 5 . It was best, salesmen was professional, explained everything and supported me until I drove off. I dropped my wallet when I was leaving and he called me to come back. Felt safe and in a trustworthy environment

Got the car delivered to us, it was all on time, when we saw the car it was exactly as it had been shown in pictures and as described. The customer service was spot on, I didn't have any problems it was all very positive.

Was a bit cautious previously from reading other reviews but I had a good experience buying from here. Car drives perfectly and have had no issues as of yet. Car was super tidy and clean on pickup.

Had a couple of vehicles in the past from here and have never had any issues with them. I am really pleased with the service, the car didn't come with a service book however they went the extra mile and found me one online and got it sent over to me via post which I was really appreciative for. I have never had any problems with any of the vehicles I have had from here, I would 100% consider them a trusted dealership. It was a really easy buying experience super fair and I felt looked after. Without a doubt I would give a 5 star.
