Went to view car was lovely so purchased car Left deposit very particular on body work and this met my needs went to collect Car driving down a5 with children and window door panel flies off in bush pull over to see what it was hadn’t been done right, was just stuck on got home someone checked car out to find it had broken bracket on fog light when mot was done so should of been picked up, oil leak, exhaust bodged should of had new one massive crack under car. Looked round car and had fresh scuffs on front Looks like it had been taken off road with all mud under neath recently In between me viewing and collecting it also had few fresh scratches and none of this was on car, So the car I picked to wasn’t the car I viewed extremely disappointed rang the garage said wasn’t happy they said don’t know what’s wrong with it so realed it all off got my car back and had to wait over the weekend for my money. Was sold a faulty car Never will I deal with these people again.

Was not happy with the car, claimed it had been damaged since it was viewed , it had not, the scuff on the bumper was clear in the advert photos, it had not been off road, our garage is in a rural area so mud is often on the roads around here, then made up non existent faults to get money back, we would have done this anyway! so we refunded her in full without quibble. Do not buy in haste, look at what you are buying,12 year old cars are likely to have a few minor marks, make sure the car you buy is what you want then none of this would have been required! it wasted our time as much as hers. We give three months warranty and prepare our cars for sale properly.
Brought a Ford Connect van from four crosses garage after carting my children around in it for several months found out the sills were rotten and this so called quality garage had filled them with filler and clutch had gone so they put a secondhand one in its place my advice is stay well away from these rogues
Aold my missus a suzuki alto and the sales representative told her that brakes and clutch were going to be renewed and they never were. We even sent the car back to have the brakes renewed after taking dekivery of the car. The car came back with the same brakes on. My three young kids have been travelling in that car! And the clutch has started slipping so that wasnt renewed as promised eithet. Absolutely disgusting from Four Crosses Garage.

Rubbish, bought a 15 year old car with a years mot, new clutch and front pads (invoice and jobsheet available) in December with a three month warranty. 6000 miles and 6 months later he wanted me to pay in full for a burnt out clutch and new discs. Out of goodwill I offered to contribute on receipt of the old parts. He declined and told us he was going to trading standards I agreed and said I would act on their advice. I am always fair and helpful with customers.
The guys at the dealership weren't really very helpful especially when it came to the after care.. The car was clean but had a few issues. The car itself though wasn't to bad value. I wouldn't recommend them.

Good, helpful staff at Four Crosses Garage which made the deal go smoothly. There was a few issues with the Audi but they got them all sorted for me. The car was good value and that's why I would recommend them!
