Terrible Service dept. They Destroyed my Son's almost new Honda 125cc Bike worth £3,500 Taken in to Fowlers with a small electrical fault we thougjt under warranty. After waiting 3 month's we got a call to collect it as fixed but on arrival we had to pay near on £800 for their services as Honda wouldn't pay up? Then taken outside thier workshop to be shown a pile of rusty scrap! These idiots had left it uncovered over a bad winter many parts were missing including the tank and seat what a total distrgard for someone's property! We were thrown out after complaining. Fowlers then and now believe they've did nothing wrong? My Son lost his job bit more sadly for a big biking family his interest in biking! Please be weary of leaving you pride and Joy for repair! I bought a triumph 800 XRt from Fowlers Motorcycles in Bristol just before Christmas. I dealt with a salesman in the Triumph department called Derek. I found Derek to have a nice relaxed approach yet does not lose focus on the sale or the customer experience. During the sales process Derek had to call me back many times to confirm details and paperwork which is normal in any sales process. The times Derek said he would call me he did. He also made every extra effort to get the bike ready for courier collection on Christmas Eve and as we know Covid has made things difficult but he managed it. At final point of sale he said to me he would call me on the 31st to see how I was getting on with the new bike and a courtesy call follow-up. Derek did indeed call on the 31st as promised. Derek is the kind of sales guy I like to deal with as he listens to what the customer wants and does not get on with a load of sales blurb. Some people need the sales blurb and that’s fine too but my point here is that Derek quickly assesses who he is selling to and knows how much additional information they need if any. He knows his product, is an asset to Fowlers business and is a pleasure to do deal with. Thank you Derek... regards andy
