Picture this, left without a car… working 60 hour weeks and the busses are on strike. Let down by two other dealerships.Feel like all hope is lost. I see a little Mini online; an upgraded from my last car (long time Mini lover) came to Fred Henderson’s and met a lovely bloke Alan ( well two.. Terry the best test drive co pilot ) Alan and his lads who did the quickest turn around on the history or car buying probably! Really went above and beyond to get me back on the road car is fantastic and the service from Alan was second to none (not all hero’s wear capes) proper nice bloke and can’t fault the garage l. Really appreciate it and so pleased I stumbled on this little hidden gem. Will recommend and see you when I’m due an upgrade! Not all hero’s wear capes some wear Fred Fred Henderson gillets!

Alan the Sales Exec, was an absolute dream to negotiate and work with. No pushy sales tactics, no hard sell, just plain old fashioned traditional courteous gentleman. We were very pleased with the valuation given on our PX and more than pleased when we picked our new car up. Alan left no stone unturned to prepare our new car for pick up. I took my 3 yr old MG with 15k on it for 3rd service and 1st test, 8am drop off, 9am called to tell me rear discs were corroded and would need replacing by next year, offered to do them for £320 there and then, I refused, they called me back at 4pm to tell me the car had failed it’s test on the parking brake as a result of the rear discs. I took the car away and did it myself for £125. When I went back for retest the guy was paying his bill for rear brake discs and pads. Absolute scam..

Looking round Fred Henderson’s i was talking to Allen Reed about. Peugeot 2008 I liked. the look of he sort of put me at ease right away when we were taking and I asked how much I would get off mine he went and had a look at my car came back with a good deal we had excellent customer serves from him the hole time we spent in the show room
