We were recommended Free Spirit Campervans via word of mouth from someone who said they were very good. We feel the same! Free Spirit had very good communication before we even met them. Ian showed us around all the different campervans, and we compared prices. We knew exactly what we wanted after we spoke to him. We went with the Elgrand because of the price and because we knew that they import them from Japan with low mileage and rich owners. So we trusted that the Elgrand would be cheaper than a Mercedes but still be reliable.

We saw the vehicle online and went down to see it. Just needed a few things doing on it before collection Staff were very good, friendly, thorough and very nice.

We were local and a friend said we should take a look so we went along and had a look and we liked it. We think we might have a problem with the brakes but other than that, we're enjoying it. We mainly dealt with Ian on the day, the staff were very helpful indeed. We wanted a few adjustments and gave us a two week turnaround but we collected months later.

Van going fine. It was a newly converted vehicle and we were looking for a motorhome that’s not a pop top and just dropped in to have a look. The dealership has been fine, no complaints at all. Handover is very detailed. On the day staff were very helpful. Adrian was very agreeable. The vans they do are easy to manage and seem straightforward when you know what you’re doing. No problems with them.

Very happy with the van. They do conversion and the original van was partly converted. I was able to direct some of the things I wanted. Very good communication, really helpful, nice crowd to be with. They care for their customers and want to please. They are reassuring. Any problems I could just go to them.

I found Free Spirit Caravans relaxed, informed guide to what could be offered. Had the extras fitted and they delivered it magnificently. I did have an issue with the door but the dealership got it dealt with pretty quickly. Other than that they have been fine. I have already recommended this dealership to others.
