I bought a GOLF from this dealership back in May. The service has been good and the car was clean when I collected it, I am having some issues with the front brakes but the dealership have agreed to have a look at them. The car was pretty good value for money and I would definitely recommend this dealership.

My personal experience with FS Performance has been a nightmare and as a result there is currently an open case against them involving trading standards. I wanted to leave this review in the hope it might prevent someone else going through the nightmare that I have been through over the last 3 months with this garage. I was sold an extremely faulty VW Golf GT TDI (56 plate) with an intermittent starting problem which was apparent on the second day of owning. This resulted in the car spending most of the time in the garage; I think I now have a personal relationship with AA after being towed back to the garage a number of times! As the fault was to major to be easily resolved and the warranty not able to cover the investigations into the car, eventually after 3 months of fighting and threats of legal action and advice from many legal avenues it was agreed they would collect the car and refund myself which did happen. The car was collected with the issue very much still outstanding making the car completely unreliable and certainly not in any way fit for resale until the problem had been found and fixed. I am disgusted to find that less than one week later (with a nice long bank holiday) the car has been re advertised on their website! I would also like to note that at no point during me owning this vehicle did FS Performance send off my V5 paperwork for the car, this means the car does not have a true ownership record on its log book and makes me wonder whether I was even the first person to purchase this car from the garage. It also meant I had a number of issues regarding the tax. I have since been made aware that the two gentleman that run FS Performance worked with ASM Performance (formally Aylesbury Street Motors) having read the reviews on here for those garages it appears unfortunately my experience is not a one off and that they appear to be continuing to cement their negative reputation at FS Performance. I personally believe that the reviews on their facebook page are not all from previous customers, a number have been written by friends and family (just my opinion and I could be wrong)! When trying to leave a review on autotrader I was informed that I had to be invited by the company to leave a reviews, I am still awaiting my invitation. BUYERS BEWARE!!
