Purchased a BMW 3series from Furness Rigby. Within 2weeks advised that the head gasket was faulty, contacted furness rigby as I had also purchased a so called comprehensive warranty and was immediately advised it was not covered! Salesman was also rude and dismissive, also at the time of purchase he mocked other customers, in hindsight I should have walked away there and then but travelled over 100miles for the vehicle AVOID, just not worth the risk, disappointment or potential repair costs!
Called Furness Rigby the night before to book viewing on a car the next morning. Then the next morning was told they now have someone els coming to view and would have to wait to see the out come of that. The guy on the phone has zero people skill really bad attitude. I run a business with over 10 staff and if one of my employees spoke to a potential customer the way he did he’d be sacked on the spot..... don’t waste your time on these as they don’t care about wasting yours!!!!!!!

Purchased my Ford Focus Turbo from Furness Rigby in April 2018. The salesmen were very relaxed, didn't pressure me into committing and let me browse in peace. I took the vehicle for a test drive and fell in love with it. The car was a fantastic price for its' age/mileage too. Fearful that it was too good to be true, I came online and read reviews (which the salesman invited me to do!) and I could see that they were highly recommended. A few minor scratches on the car were rectified. A few were unable to be removed but the price was knocked down so I could source my own smart repairs - I offered this and they were willing to do so. Drove away 3 weeks later after waiting for my PCP to finish. Not had a single problem with the car and absolutely love driving it. 100% would buy from them again - organised, professional and won't harass you to make a purchase!

I have had four used cars in the last ten years, slight faults with a couple of them but they have given me courtesy cars while the faults are soughted always a great outcome , lovely people to deal with I would recommend them to anyone .
Furness Rigby are a good dealership. I bought a BMW from them back in May and they were very helpful and friendly, I had to take the car back a couple times for repairs but they were happy to do them and now the car is running fine. The car was also really good value for money and I would recommend this dealership for sure.

WARNING DO NOT USE THIS DEALERSHIP. Sold me a car for £11,000 with problems, refused to fix after just a few months, terrible & rude service, would not recommend to anyone, friends have also had problems too!
