I was looking for a Suzuki and found the one I bought on car (NI) website from Fusco .I emailed them and William rang me straight away ,he suggested that since I lived a fair we bit away he would send me a video of the car which he did ,which was so good I drove to Bangor the next morning to buy the car .Great team ,would definitely recommend and would definitely deal with them again .

If I could select zero stars I would. If you are happy to play roulette and hope a second hand car gives no issues, then Fuscos is for you. My experience has been a disaster from a couple of hundred miles in, with a catalogue of issues. It would be nice if they actually considered customer experience past there super nice and slick sales team. I would liken the after sales service to a circus. Complete and utter incompetence. My advice- avoid

I have been informed that Neil is no longer employed. I purchased a car in November 2022 and was assured everything was in order. He neglected to give me the log book and I had to return to collect this. Also when I went to tax the car it had been owned by a disabled driver. There were shocking errors including an incomplete service record which makes the car very difficult to sell. The only entry was obviously scribbled in by Neil just before I purchased the car. I was given a hard sell about a service plan and warranty which was inappropriate and non refundable. When I enquired about these matters I was put through to David who was totally unhelpful, uncaring and did not return my calls. Please avoid this company. They really are the epitome of used car salesmen and I feel so badly let down
Rachel in response to Terrible experience with Neil
My experience was something similar. Great story sold at the time of purchase and after sales service a complete joke.
I reserved a car on their website on a Saturday evening- there was no option for me to pay a deposit at this stage. I followed this up with an email. On Monday morning I made an appointment for 11.00 am with Neil to view / test drive car having made it very clear that my intention was to purchase the car. I left my home at 10.00 as I live a good distance away. When I was about 10 minutes from their site I had a phone call from Neil telling me that car was sold. Although Neil tried to tell me that I hadn’t reserved the car I indeed had and wonder why they even have a function to reserve a car if this does not even secure a car for 2 hours from when they opened. I was extremely disappointed and asked Neil to pass my complaint on to his manager. As a week has now past it is obvious that the Manager can’t be bothered to follow up this issue with me - this to me speaks volumes as to how Fusco’s treat their customers. I needed a car and no attempt was made to try and sell me an alternative vehicle or to try and make amends in any way for their error. Neither me or any member of my family will ever deal with this company and I will certainly be sharing my very negative experience of this company.

I had agreed a deal with Stephen on a subaru he was selling on the Monday evening. I was to send the £200 deposit to him on the Tuesday afternoon as agreed only to get a call to say sorry I’ve sold the car (Tuesday 8:30am) to one of my mechanics. I was dumbfounded ? Please if are reading this think twice about dealing with them as this might happen to you ? They don’t give a dam about the customer which is obvious now.

Daughter went to purchase a car through a “female friendly” finance company offering a money saving finance at 20%(????) She is a community carer and is constantly working various shifts and struggles to time off when dealers are open. She liked to look of a car and “clicked” to buy. But I’m led to believe she had to send this dealer £200 to reserve the car (nothing has been signed at this point) Anyway she arranged to view/pick the car up four days later. In the meantime she noticed the car she had chosen wouldn’t suit her work as she has to carry various boxes of PPE and the car would be too small. So she phoned to cancel the sale & was still going to call in to see what stock they had as they seemed friendly. But after she phoned & cancelled she was bombarded with many pressurising phone calls for her to complete the sale from fusco & the finance company apparently saying she was obligated, this put her off going to visit, so she asked for her £200 deposit back. The reply was “no sorry we had to prepare the car for sale so we won’t be refunding” (nothing signed) When she protested they refunded £100, but have yet to refund the rest. Surely dealers should have the car ready for sale before a purchase anyway? We are currently considering our options. Sadly Would not recommend this company for anyone inexperienced or first time buyer

Have been out more money on the car than what it’s worth and I only bought it in February. Was told pressure plate put in car when I collected it but clutch basically fucked and was told only 3 months warranty with new part . Was warned about this dealer should have listened

Bought two cars for customers here in southern Ireland , sales man did not disclose that there were issues with one of the cars. Be very careful to check everything if buying remotely You cannnot depend on them to be 100%. up front. Just because you are selling to the trade doesn't mean you can leave out vitals information about faults. Learned the hard way to stick to the reputable dealers we have used in the past.
I'm a bit late on the review slipped my mind with everything that's going on I bought the car back in February I found the guys really helpful with any questions I had about the car They had all the paperwork to match as I was coming from Dublin it giving me peace of mind. The guys were happy to let me give the car a proper look over even with a digital paint thickness reader just making sure to be sure there was no hidden damage and the paperwork checked out. To register the car in the south was very easy and the Nox tax was only €470 for anyone from the south thinking of buying. I'd be happy to do business again
