Syed Syed as the director of Fusion Motors this is down to you as you placed bad management in. So two options fix your failed repair wouldn’t have cost you anything but clearly something wasn’t done right or return my money!!!! Car left and key hand over to and this is been polite poor management. Your manager Darren entered negotiations but I did not accept his options. Obviously as you are aware fusion motors has a responsibility. FIX OR RETURN MONEY NICE AND SIMPLE. Darren leaving a voicemail asking me to call him and then fails to answer and fails to respond to messages, is not communicating. Syed you have my number, WHY WHEN YOU WERE RESPONSIBLE FOR FUSIONS FAILED REPAIR AND CAR WAS RETURNED DUE TO THIS HAVE YOU SCRAPPED MY CAR! NOW ITS NOT FIXING YOUR FAILED REPAIR ITS RETURNING MY 12K
One star is too good. Please avoid this dealer, had nothing but problems with them and the vehicle I purchased. Lots of empty promises and repairs not carried out. I returned the vehicle and they said they would fix all the faults and after they had the vehicle two weeks they told me the vehicle was ready for collection, the vehicle lasted 10 days before it broke down and left me stranded. I had to get the finance company involved and then reject the Škoda Octavia VRS. The vehicle was returned on the back of a recovery vehicle. Buyer Beware! Avoid this company 0⭐️
