There was a slight problem initially but they fixed this for me sharpish which was appreciated. I am also missing the SD card for the satnav, however apart from that everything was spot on I can't complain. I am really pleased with the car, they provided good service and prepd the car for when i left with it. I'm giving a fair 4 out of 5 stars.

I was told the car was serviced, clearly it had not been done very well as three of the tire pressure sensors were faulty and needed replacing. This caused a great deal of inconvenience and they were quite dismissive but ultimately did pay for it, at my inconvenience as I live nearly 30 miles away.

I'm sorry to hear that you had an issue with the tyre pressure sensors, although it isn't a requirement for service as that is an oil and filter service and if there is no light on at the stage of MOT they wouldn't have marked it down. I am pleased to hear that we were able to resolve the issue for you.

Really good experience, I was pleasantly surprised by them - I've had some bad experiences in the past from used car dealers. They took care of the car and sorted out any advisories. I'm very happy with them and I'd recommend them to others.

Overall buying experience I can't fault at all. It was really smooth. My only concern I've noticed that the front passenger door won't lock or unlock occasionally. I have to lock it manually which isn't ideal. Apart from that, the staff were great, we were just all chatting cars. I'll have to give them 4 stars due to the door issue, but I'd definitely consider going back there.

After a slight change with the pick up times to collect a car, unfortunately I couldn’t make it, however after speaking to Neil over the phone he managed to deliver the car the same day! Brilliant customer service, highly recommend.
