This is probably the worst car dealer I have ever dealt with. The car I bought developed a fault less than 1 week of purchase. I took it to the garage as part of the RAC warranty. The fault was diagnosed and seemingly resolved. I was then required to pay £72 for the diagnostic because the RAC warranty does not cover the diagnostic aspect of the fault. I then informed the garage that as the fault developed less than 1 week from purchasing the car, will they be able to refund the £70, as it is clearly unreasonable for me to have to pay such less than 1 week of buying the car. The dealership has chosen to ignore my emails. The only response I received was a false statement that I informed them that the fault was mis diagnosed when I never made mention of that in my initial email. I am wondering if the car has more faults at this stage. My advice to anybody is that they stay well clear of this dealership because don't expect that they will be sympathetic if things go wrong. I am still thinking of my next steps, but I will be back for an update in a few weeks time.

I've had similar problems!! Currently reporting them to DVSA and trading standards, just takes some time. Hope you got things taken care of.

Don't pay anything! or you shouldn't have had to, claim it back. If the car ia faulty it's up to the dealer to repair it, that includes fault finding, Claim it back.
An hour before setting off on a 8 hour drive after buying the car today we find that a lug nut is missing. They shouldn’t of even let us drive out with this dangerous issue. Also told car had been deeply cleaned yet there’s crumbs on the chair, floor and other dirt. Obviously not true or done half arsed. I’d avoid. Cant be trusted. Smiley to your face, then you get home and find problem after problem. And if they didn’t realise it was missing when selling it to us, that might even be worse. What else haven’t they checked.
Do not believe what you are told. Was told a deposit was refundable. Was told come back take the car for another test drive and if you change your mind you get the refund back. All lies. Was told the car was off sale for three days due to me having a deposit on it. Again lies. The car remained on the website for sale despite a deposit taken. Again, a lie. Do yourself a favour and avoid.

No hesitations in recommending this car dealer. Overall I was very impressed with my experience at GH Motors. I was able to part ex my car towards my new one and it was super easy. The car was in great condition and the guys at the dealership didn’t pressure me either (which was my biggest concern). If I ever want to upgrade again in the future I’ll definitely be back 👍🏻
I am writing this with a large smile on my face! Cannot thank Neil and his great team enough for going above and beyond in helping me buy my second car. With all the Covid restrictions they made me feel safe and assured with all the H&S measures in place. The follow up afterwards to ensure I was happy reassured me I chose the right dealership!

Love my car! Not usually one for leaving reviews but I think these guys deserve one. I got way more for my money than I expected and I am more than happy to recommend anyone looking especially in the current climate.
DO NOT USE. It's a shame I have to even give this company one star. So, lets paint a picture. My partner and I buy a car on the 27/12/2020. A used car from a "used car dealer". on the 28/12/2020- the car miraculously wouldn't start. So we phoned GH motors and explained the situation. We were instantly met with hostility and avoidance. The guy we spoke to on the phone ( I believe it was Jeremy) stated "you've bought a used car, what do you expect"; he then proceeded to accuse me and my partner of "sabotaging" the car. I tried to reason with him and reiterated that we had only had the car a day. The man then continued to say that we had no rights for return but if we could get the car to them then they would have a look at it. Now, we live around 30 miles away from the garage so a tow would have cost in excess of £120- which isn't ideal when we've only just bought the car and had it one day!!!!!!!!!!! So I decided to look into my rights, funnily enough I found that we had some pretty secure rights under the consumer rights act (2015) and the consumer credit act (1974). The rights stipulated that we had 30 days to formally reject the vehicle if it was not fit for purpose, not of sound quality and not as described. Now I don't know about you but when a car stops working a day after buying it, then it's pretty likely that it doesn't meet those three qualities. So we contacted GH again and informed them of what rights we knew that we had. The man on the phone (Again, I believe this was Jeremy) stated that legally, GH motors had one opportunity to fix the vehicle- "By law". So once again, I looked into this for clarification and low and behold, more lies. In fact, before 30 days, garages do not in fact have one legal opportunity to fix the vehicle. Customers can opt to have the vehicle repaired but that is their choice, not the garages.... in fact, after 30 days, the garage legally has one opportunity to fix the vehicle- but yeah, they'll not tell you that bit. So once more, we spoke to GH motors, informing them that in fact they don't have the rights that they stipulated and that we would like to reject the car. Jeremy reiterated that they would be "happy to look at the car, if we got it back to them". So further research pursued and I decided to contact the credit company (Close brothers). Close brothers have been AMAZING from the start. They were informative and supported us in our claim. I informed Close brothers that I would like to execute section 75 of the consumer credit act (1974), of which was also sent in writing to GH motors. So Close brothers informed me that it was in fact GH motor's responsibility to retrieve the vehicle for inspection or rejection. Therefore they advised that I initially pay for the tow and I would be reimbursed. As the car wouldn't start, it was a lengthy process, putting the vehicle on to the tow truck. I asked the tow man to take pictures of the vehicle when at the garage to prove that it had arrived- which he did. He informed me that the garage were increasingly rude about me and my partner and stated that they had made some crude comments. Fast forward two weeks and the claim was underway; we received confirmation of the claim having been processed and accepted on 26/01/2021. We were informed that GH had accepted the rejection from ourselves, however, funnily enough they found no fault. How strange. A car that wouldn't start at all, had no fault. Anyway, the credit company assured us that although GH had denied any faults that we would receive a full refund- although this is yet to be seen. So, as the saying goes, the customer is always right- or in the eyes of GH- the customer is always stupid. Oh and best bit, the car is up for sale again- be careful peeps- YT58 XER
