Do not go to Gh motors ltd Mansfield. They will sell you faulty cars. Not send of the log book. Ignore emails. Lie. Scam money out of you. Speak rudely Would not recommend this company currently in contact with the FCA. AVOID ..AVOID. AVOID !!

Having been in the market for a change of vehicle I came across GH motors. I decided to call in and have a look. Great range of vehicles to choose from. Loved the fact the salesmen didn’t jump on you as soon as you walked on pitch. Looking round the vehicle I chose, it was prepared to a very high standard. Very clean and smelled great. Lovely salesman called Chris took me through the buying process. I had to wait 2 days for the car to be checked over one last time. We arranged a day and time for collection and was handed over to me as agreed having all the necessary checks on vehicle completed. Very impressed and excellent service. Thank you guys

Went to view a focus and it had the tyre pressure sensor light on during the test drive. We were otherwise happy with the car, and agreed that the car would be serviced and the sensor repaired before collection. On the way home from collecting the car, the sensor came back on immediately. A few weeks later the clutch and flywheel failed. We called back to claim under the 'warranty' and was told that we had exceeded the fair usage mileage, a fact that was argued out by GH motors until we offered to produce the actual mileage printout from the black box fitted to the vehicle proving their deceit. GH motors refused to oblige their legal duty to repair the vehicle both under the warranty and our consumer rights and offered a £200 discount on the bill which we just gave in and paid for an easy life as we needed the car back and they are a nightmare to deal with! Got the car back with all the badges broken off the back, and the tyre pressure sensor light coming on half way home again! Have been told numerous times since that we will be given a courtesy car and they will repair the fault but it never actually happens, so we have now had to pass this on to our solicitor to claim for the remaining faults as well as reclaim the repairs we have already had to relay under our six month consumer rights. Do not waste your time or money with these cowboys, it's not worth the stress, or the knowledge that con men are bodging about with your car!
