I've been getting on fine with the Vauxhall Vivaro, and my experience whilst buying it at GL Commercials was also fine.

Overall, the van itself is good and drives well. The service on the day of purchase was also fine. However, I’ve been let down by a few issues after buying the vehicle. The battery was faulty and had to be replaced, and the van was missing both a spare wheel and a locking wheel nut. The van itself is solid, but the vehicle checks and aftersales support could definitely be improved.

I haven’t used the ford transit loads yet, just a couple of times, as it’s more for going away with the family rather than everyday use, but it’s been good so far. The experience at the dealership was sound. I dealt with the owner directly, who was helpful. I’d be happy to recommend them to others.

I've been getting on perfectly fine with the Nissan Navara. I was specifically looking for a Nissan when I came across the one advertised online at G L Commercials. The only thing I would mention is that the truck was not valeted when I went to collect it, although the customer service was perfect. I'd use them again in the future if i was to buy another truck.

I’m really happy with how everything went. The van has been fine and I’ve been getting on well with it since picking it up. The whole experience on the day was a pleasure. I can’t remember the salesman’s name, but both him and the owner were great to deal with. They were helpful and made sure everything was taken care of. I’d definitely recommend GL Commercials to others based on my experience. For me, it’s a 5 out of 5.

I bought a Ford Transit from GL Commercials and overall the experience was alright, but there were a few issues early on. Within the first couple of days of driving, a problem came up with the van and I had to ask them to take it back. To be fair, it did get sorted eventually. There was a bit of back and forth, They dealt with the issue, which I appreciated. The process wasn’t too bad in the end, just not as smooth as I’d hoped at the start. The salesman was helpful on the day and everything seemed fine initially. Aside from the early problem with the van, the rest of the experience was okay. I’d probably rate it a 3 out of 5 overall.
