I spotted a Mercedes Sprinter Dropside at GL Commercials, I have a budget of £15k to spend but it appears they simply dont want my money . I first called on Saturday when the solitary Bloke simply couldn't either show me the vehicle as he was on his own and it clearly was too much trouble . Having some sympathy I said I would call again on Monday . Again on the Monday I spoke to some Bloke who clearly wasn't in the Office , again he promised to email me the service records and log book of the vehicle concerned now its another Day and absolutely nothing . I am a genuine Guy that simply wants to buy a Van but now I have read these reviews and realise its probably best left alone . Everyone cant be wrong so my advice is go elsewhere

Had problem with vehicle they did not want to know said I had a warranty (worthless) it cost me £1000 to make it road worthy buy from somebody else. I had to put one star on feedback to start review I have had a few cars in my time being 67 this one worst by far. DONT SHOP HERE.

The most horrendous company I have ever purchased a vehicle from they sold me a car that was unroadworthy,they made me believe the car was in great condition and due to giving me a discount wrote on my receipt in small print unroadworthy private sale do not trust or buy from this company they will lie and deceive you take your money and refuse to help you in anyway look them up read there reviews do not let them cheat you!

We bought a van that had lots of problems from GL Commercials... But we only found out after we'd taken it away. They offer a guarantee.. but trust me this counts for nothing. They wouldn't take it back. We tried to use our statutory rights... But we were then threatened with court fee's, storage fees and basically put us in a position where we had no choice but to accept this. Please save yourself the trouble and buy elsewhere.

After couple days noticed a knocking sound coming from engine bay and back brakes squeaking and i got a puncture on my way home to find the spare had a puncher with 2 nails stuck in it would not recommend G L Commercials to anyone just be carefull.

Bought a van for that was up for nearly £6k and found out after it had 1 key and needed £500 spent to pass an mot and only had 1 mot left on it and then to top it off it was stolen within a week from my address.

It went really well at the beginning. GL commercials tell us about the vehicles and how he would be able to find us really good deal with finance. We purchased a vehicle but the one we got wasn't the one we test drove but the dealer had told us it was like for like. Once we signed the agreement we received our vehicle ten days later only to find is wasn't nothing like the one we test driven but we accepted it as it was still a nice vehicle. After having it a couple of days we noticed a few things wrong with it and rang the dealership up and arranged for the vehicle to be fixed. I was told it would take a couple of days but received it after 5 days. It seemed fixed of the problems we had and also a couple of extra bolts drilled in our vehicle. We then noticed that the water leak we had had not been fixed and a couple of days later for it to break down on us with a air bag flashing symbol and diesel leak that now resulted in it becoming a non runner. It has left my family financial affected by this as it has been three weeks and still sitting on my drive. I asked for the vehicle to be unwound but the dealership has refused because apparently we didnt bring it to them on a particular date to been seen and he didnt have conformation of the new faults which are lies as I have had proof. We are now going through the ombudsman to sort this out, just be aware of the over friendly and nice dealers because it sometimes is to good to be true. We have found out the hard way.
