Bought a Mini Cooper s which was in showroom condition and was the best one by a long way after looking round various garages would highly recommend G3. Would like to thank Adam and Craig at the G3 Motor House for all they help, fantastic customer service from start to finish. Finance arranged within 1 hour and we drove away same day. Great communication, polite and friendly bunch of guys. Described the car exactly as it was over the phone. Even upgraded to 15 months warranty for FREE. When I bought the car from G3 Motor House, the window washers weren’t working, they fixed the front ones and I later realised that the back ones didn’t work either.. I live 4 hours away so I weren’t taking it back for the sake of washers.. since having it it has juddered and lost power while driving (sign of dodgy fuel pump) a month later it cuts out on the motorway due to a dodgy sensor, 2 months after having that fixed it cuts out on the motorway AGAIN and now, no mechanic can find what is wrong with it, something to do with the diesel fuel pump. They’ve done a lot of work on it thinking they knew what was wrong with it but it still won’t run!! This is NOT a fake review I am seriously upset! Got a loan out for this car which I am now paying for NO car!! The AA recovery leaflet was out of date also and the “warranty” barely covers anything! Most garages say if there’s ANYTHING wrong with the car within a certain amount of time they are liable to fix it, but these people have gotten away with not doing that for the sake of some bullshit warranty that covers hardly anything!! You should be ashamed of yourselves for selling people with kids dodgy cars that could cause a MASSIVE crash for the sake of what??? Pfft!!! Shocking! Nobody at all buy off of these people, all they have done is cost me a fortune and endangered my life with the car.

Hi Stephanie sorry that the vehicle you bought broke down with an issue, When you initially called we advised you to bring the car back so we can diagnose the fault and carry out the repairs. You declined to bring the car to us and then had the car stripped by a local garage near to yourself. You had all the work carried out and sent me a bill for the repairs. The price you paid for repairs was extremely high and we've not seen the car on that basis we can't refund you that money. Under the credit consumers rights act 2015 we have a right to look at the car first. Once again i appologise that the vehicle broke down you but cars are mechanical and can go wrong anytime but as an approved garage we make sure when a vehicle leaves our garage it is in working order.
Outstanding customer service from this garage, vehicle as described with full service history all manuals and relevant documentation. Greeted with smiles and a firm hand shake with great banter throughout the sale process. Nothing was too much trouble for this dealer. Honest and genuine car dealer with great knowledge of cars. Finance arranged within 45 mins and ready to drive away. Will definitely be recommending G3 Motorhouse to friends and family. Thank you Adam for all your help. X

The Car is Rubbish. G3 Motorhouse are currently being investigated by Trading Standards. Bought a car for £12000. It's cost me so far £8000 in repairs. ought to be shamed.
