Have just taken delivery of a new ASX Juro form Gallaghers of Warrington. The service I have had was second to none. Special compliments to Joe Campbell of sales, Ryan from Service team and all of the 'backroom boys' ( we seldom see them but they do their job well) whom I have got to know since I started to use them when the dealership I bought my original vehicle from stopped having a Mitsubishi franchise. I have had excellent service for ongoing maintenance, problems have been resolved rapidly, good advice given and I have been treated as a valued customer. I bought a Mirage Juro for my wife from them 2 years ago and it was the excellent service that I had from Joe Campbell that made me go back to them, and him, when I decided it was time to change . There were two vehicles on my short list and he very quickly helped me to make my choice, no messing around deal done rapidly and professionally by a man who knew his job. Bought 2nd hand PHEV from Warrington dealership of which experience was fine (of course it was - I was spending £27k !!) Come to have serviced to be told that front tyres needed replacing and was sent a "healthcheck video" showing me the measurement of where worn - quoted £358 for 2 tyres of which I checked on Black Circles the same TOYO tyres are £215 fitted !! It gets worse.... I take the "dangerous tyres" to be fitted with new ones at an ATS to be told that there's nothing wrong with them and that as long as the tread is within legal limits in the middle of the tyre and no threads visible on the outside then they are road legal and not illegal; therefore they declined to fit new ones for me as there was nothing wrong with them in the first place and loads of life left in them !!! Sorry Gallaghers, I wont be had over on unecessary items "as it was in for service" - I will not be bringing the car to you for service again !
The service was great & any questions l had were answered promptly. My calls were returned immediately. I haven't had any issues at all with the car l bought. My overall experience was great l would definitely recommend them.
Pre sale - answered questions and not incourteous, but felt slightly aloof as if they were a bit bored of their jobs. Post sale disaster. Worst commercial experience i have faced. Long story short, clutch and fly wheel went 150 miles after recieving car (other aspects of the car also proved themselves below the standard you'd expect for a 10k car with 58k miles on clock. After 4 weeks of trying to secure their agreement to pay for both i gave up (should have taken them via small claims court where i am certain i would have won but was too busy running my business.) During the 4 weeks i made about 30 calls to them, 3 were answered. Total lack of regard or respect even, for customer. If i were a local i'd avoid this group in the future like the plague.
