Bought a Audi a3 M80YYS on the 29/3/2024 from jay had the car for less than 24 hours and the engine management light came on the car was vibrating and would jerk called jay and he assured me the car was fully checked, I then took it to a garage to get looked at and 3 of the 4 cylinders was misfiring they had a look further and the spark plugs looked like they have never been changed and even missing part of them (see pictures) despite paper work saying they had been changed before I received the car jay then told me I need to bring the car back as it’s under warranty to manchester I explained I live in the West Midlands I am unable to get the car to u as the car only does 30mph he then said it’s ur responsibility to get it back to us, even tho it’s their responsibility to check the car over to begin with which they obviously failed to do.I ended up paying £180 to get the car towed to Manchester. The car then arrived there on 8/4/24 I’ve since been lied to and told apparently I caused the damage, they now don’t pick up when I call them I’ve lost all trust in the car and the whole company, my finance company have attempted to contact them but they are dragging there feet and trying to make the process as long as possible it’s now 18/4/2024 and they wont admit they sold a faulty car with forged documents and insist I caused the damage DO NOT BUY FROM THEM

Purchased an Audi was promised all checks went went and full service was done however within 24 hours engine issue was found. Took it to Audi themselves this had been an undergoing problem but Gateway failed to mention. Sent back and blamed us for the damage. Also denied refund. Similar reviews with their Audis wouldn’t be surprised if it’s the same one.
Excellent service from both the Jay the salesman and Milan the owner. They even delivered the car for me and spent time showing me how to operator things inside the car. I bought a great car at a good price. very happy with my purchase and will definitely use them again.
