Had my car service and mot'd her it was a seamless process by the service team had a call before to make sure everything was still okay. quick easy process lovely new showroom may i add. car was ready when they said and washed and vac'd they even rang me when the day after to make sure i was happy. well done Peugeot you rock

Had a few issues with my vehicle which i purchased from a different dealer, The selling dealer wanted nothing to do with me not calling back or making any effort to get my vehicle booked in. i called and spoke with Harry who was a delight on the phone getting me in at a time that suited me. on the day of my booking i was assigned to David and just like Harry he was such a delight both of them are a credit to your dealership and to Peugeot. my car was fixed and returned to me clean and before the time they had given me. After a bad experience with the selling dealer Gateway Peugeot restored my faith in dealers

had my car serviced recently at Gateway Peugeot David and Harry went above and beyond after car had to be kept overnight for additional work. i was kept informed throughout the whole process and had my car back fixed washed and vacuumed the next day. well done David and harry one very happy customer would defiantly recommend

Arranged for our customer to take his vehicle in to his local Peugeot dealer which was Gateway in Crewe. the service advisor was rude to our customer & then had the audacity to tell my head of business that we weren't even a 'proper Peugeot dealer' Trust me we are!!!!! David Durber was extremely rude & unhelpful. to say this dealer is a family run business I'm stunned that he is employed there. As a service manager if I heard a member of my staff talking to ANYONE let along a head of business from another Peugeot dealer he would be sacked for gross misconduct. Shame on the Peugeot dealer I wouldn't advise taking your car anywhere near them. Thank you.

Both my partner and myself bought a new car each in 2016 and requested a pcp. Nathan sold us the cars and never at any stage was it pointed out that in fact both our cars were sold as personal lease cars! It was partly our fault for not realising when we started to receive monthly letters from Peugeot detailing our monthly payment. We thought this was a new way of the pcp advice. The problem arose when we were at the end of our term this week where I was going to keep my car and pay the final amount to which I was told by Peugeot I couldn't do this. My car has done just over 16000 miles so was a good little car. Instead we had the choice of returning the cars with no extra payment, part exchanging the cars at a dealership, paying the balloon payment and continuing to pay a yearly lease payment or selling them to someone unrelated to us! No way was I allowed to keep my car. Neither of us will return to Gateway for a vehicle in the future. In fact my partner, my daughter and myself have all been to Stoneacre Stoke and have all bought new cars this week with a pcp arrangement. Gateway Motor Company have lost out big time.
