This is the second car I have purchased from Shaun and his team, and they have always been very professional, and helpful. I had arranged to collect my new car from them a week after buying it, but they contacted me three days later to say that it was now ready, with MOT all up and running. I had a problem with collecting my car from them, so they very kindly offered to deliver the car to my home. Outstanding customer service. I would highly recommend them to anyone.

I recently found Gatwick Cars on a used VW search on the web. Although they were 70 miles away from me, I rang the dealer and Martin answered all my question about the car. I visited the following weekend, Martin took me for a short test drive, I paid a deposit and returned a week later to collect the car. The Car was well prepared and came with 3 months warranty, 12 months MOT and they assisted me with setting up the road tax so I could drive the car away. I've had a couple of small problems which Shaun has had fixed for me foc. I am pleased to say I would recommend these guys for their honesty, reliability, the quality of the cars they sell and the customer service they offer, They are not at all pushy but very helpful in making sure the customer is happy with their purchase.
