Worst experience in my life,woman in that shop,I come to buy a car for 17000 pounds, that price was on autotrader, she rise the price to 18000 ,she tried to charge me a fee which on advertising was no fee, later she decided to charge me half price for that fee and she want cash for that,but later she cancelled the fee 😄and then she tried to sneak in my online banking, when I used a card reader, she even not explained about the vehicle nothing, jus putting fees for nothing, I am not saying about other people who works in there but this woman has to be in different place,I give her worst rating and people be careful wit that woman seler ,if you don't say nothing to her she gone charge just for the stepping in GCS car shop

Terrible service. The sales guy kept calling me Buddy and after asking a couple of basic questions it was obvious, he was guessing at an answer. I then filled in a request online and got no response. I thought and think, it was all a bit of a scam as the car was what I wanted and the price was O-Kay.

Nice people and excellent service

GCS car sales have the best prices on their vehicles. Their cars are in great condition and have the reliability you would expect. They are very busy but despite this their customer service is great. I have had a better experience than I had at car giant. So really worth visiting their website. A special thanks to Mr Hussain he did have exceptional customer service as well as Osman they really do help you find what is suitable for you.

I brought my first car on finance the other day, and all staff were really helpful, kind and accommodated to my needs and expectations. Adam was really helpful as well as a lady who worked there and the director. My car was washed and cleaned before I drove off which was a nice touch. I highly recommend their service and I would use there service again.
