This is very much a stack them high, sell them quick outfit, I ordered a Mercedes GLE from them recently and before collecting the vehicle I asked to be provided with a record of all servicing, inclusion of 4 Floor mats, plus removal of a scratch to the paintwork. I was told several times on the telephone that this would all be done. On collection over two weeks later none of these were provided. I was also given a very indifferent, perfunctory introduction to the vehicle and its in cabin functions. The electronic choice positioning of the steering wheel did not operate at all and I was told " it worked yesterday". Once home I went to access the onboard operators manual to investigate this fault, to my horror I find the manual is only in Dutch, Spanish, German or French. I have now had to buy Master Disk directly from Mercedes and will have to pay a local Mercedes dealership to reset and reload it so that I can access it in English and fully understand the cars funtionality.

this is the second review of this company i originally wrote one a couple of weeks ago about a jag i was buying which after talking to a sales rep (not anthony who i was originally talking to ) started to make me not like the deal i was going to get (think he was having a bad day at the office) so decided not to buy the car ... the day after i received a phone call from anthony asking whether or not i was still interested in the car, i told what happend he was very apologetic and sed he would look into it, .so a couple of hours later he phoned me back saying he had spoken to the person so i sed ok he then asked if i was still interested in the car . i told him i was it was then i found out how good a professional car dealership should work . he went through cost ,price ,part ex delivery etc broke everything down price-wise and then made me a great package for the purchase of the car........this is how its supposed to work he could not been more attentive of my needs he arranged delivery for me i took the car for a test drive i was very pleased with it ps it was valeted and polished to a very high stranded so in all if you can deal with anthony i would what a professional sales man he was. so all in all i was happy and bought the car so to end this i would say this was a great company to deal with and will most probably deal with them again ..............so thank you anthony and thank you gcs carsales for a pleasurable deal
