It felt like a very different car dealership experience right from the first interaction! So lovely to walk into a car dealer and not feel harassed or pressured into anything. Went to view a few vehicles and were handed the keys and told to pop back in if I had any questions, rather than ‘stalked’ round a forecourt! Knew from then if the vehicle was right we’d be purchasing, and lo and behold went back a week later to collect the new car! Even the little touches on collection were greatly appreciated, they very kindly gifted my little girl a personalised teddy bear which she will not put down! Thanks again guys!

After taking several months looking at and reviewing other car sales companies, German Auto Centre stood out and seemed to be the best place to buy a used car … and we were not disappointed! From start to finish we received great, friendly service. The fact that you could arrange viewings over WhatsApp ( with videos of the chosen cars provided) made life very easy. When we arrived in person to test drive the cars we had shortlisted, Rob ( who had quickly arranged and sorted the test drives for us) was extremely friendly and helpful, answering all our questions…it was lovely to not feel pressured into buying. Rob made the decision process easy for us as he left us to decide for ourselves, answering any queries in a helpful and informative way. A really fantastic car buying experience.
