I came across this garage whilst searching for a vehicle on autotrader. I found a car that ticked all the boxes at a good price so gave the garage a call. I spoke to Aamir who was great, he took a few details for finance and worked out some figures which was really straight forward. As I live around 120 miles from the garage I requested a video of the car which Hayley was goid enough to send over, this helped confirm the purchase. Organised a date to pick up the car and everything was ready even though I got there early, nothing was too much trouble. Car was immaculate inside and out and paperwork completed which didn’t take long. I dealt with Aamir on the day who was brilliant, he even gave my little boy a German Autocentre teddy bear ha. Also worth mentioning that the garage covered my travel cost (fuel) to get down to the garage. Warranty was also extending by 3 months which was another nice touch. They allowed me to see the car multiples too & allowed me to take as long as I need to purchase the car. The best service I could ever have recieved!!! Recently purchased a second hand car from The German Autocentre. The whole process was great. Nice car. Well prepared. Works needing to be carried out was done with minimum fuss. Fair trade in value negotiated. No pressure sales. Glynn who handled our purchase was experienced and professional without being pushy and very personable. Overall an excellent experience.

I travelled 175 miles from London to this dealership and it was worth the effort. They accept credit cards part payments so I feel protected as a consumer. The warranty covers more then just simple mechanical items. They are friendly and I felt certainly they are trustworthy. Glynn looked after me and I was very pleased with the purchase. Highly recommended.

We had travelled from Swansea the night before to pick up a reserved car in a different garage 40 mins away. Unfortunately that didn't work out however we found a car online at the German Autocentre- we rang and spoke to Hayley who was lovely and said the car was still available and they would go and get the car from the compound for us to have a look - it would be ready in 45 mins. We arrived 30 mins after and the car was ready and waiting. We then dealt with Glyn who was really personable, not at all pushy and gave us all the time we needed to make our decision. We decided to buy the car which we are really pleased with. We felt really looked after and felt they were genuine people. Turned a stressful experience into a very positive one! Would recommend!
