Wanted to buy a Range Rover sport from the German Car Specialists, I was a cash buyer, phoned them and was told would get back to me, they didn't, so contacted again and then they never answered. If they are like this to buy a car from what are they like for aftercare, poor I would say
Bought a Bentley gt continental paid top price, for piece of mind buying from a dealer but should of bought this car from the previous owner and saved myself between 5 to 7 thousand pound, due to the fact that Germany car specialist don't give no warranty or piece of mind buying from a dealer and no aftercare, the car paint work looks like a patch work quilt after asking for paint work to be carried out. The car looked great in the show room because they had lowered the suspension and put wheel spacers on it but didn't get the tracking done which meant that the steering pulled to the left and I personally had to pay almost £300 to have a new track rod end fitted and wheel alignment done and the air conditioning pump make a clicking noise, this is all what has happened within two and half weeks of owning the car and never mind spend two and half week cleaning interior and polishing the paintwork to get it to a good standard. When you buy a used car from Dove house Motor you get a 111 point check to make sure the car is fit for purpose I would never buy a car from the German Car Specialists again in future I will always go back to Dive house motor or a main dealer.

Stay clear of them!!! Go spend your money elsewhere. I bought a car from here which had an oil leak, took it back and they said that it was the rocker cover gasket they kept the car for 3 days and then finally released it back to me. 2 days later the engine is make a weird noise upon inspection the oil leak had worsened and there was hardly any oil in there whatsoever. Thankfully had it topped up by a local garage upon inspection the actual plastic moulding at the top had been cracked, further inspection showed that the buses were very bad and should have been picked up in the MOT which was supposedly done by the garage. Finally checking the body work we noticed that the car had sustained an impact at sometime in its life. when the dealer was contacted he was dismissive and asked for the car to be driven back. I lived 70 miles away so didnt want to let these cowboys near it. In the end i put it right but sadly ive now exchanged it and lost 1000's!!! Please stay clear from them. If you want a good car just go to the main dealer or buy from someone who is reputable.
The initial service was good... I bought a Bentley from here in June. The dealer actually replaced all of the tyres with brand new ones. Only issue is that be didn't re align the camber angle which caused the tyres to wear out after only 100 miles. and one of the front ones blew out. When I reported this to the dealer he was very dismissive and didn't really want to know. I would not recommend this dealership.

I bought a Bentley from German Car Specialist back in April and everything was brilliant, they were as good as gold. Very helpful and knowledgeable. The car was very clean and in beautiful condition and I have had no problems with it at all. I would highly recommend this dealership 100 percent.

German Car Specialist did exactly what they said on the tin. I choose my Range Rover Sport and they made sure it was all ready for me on collection, looked good which it does and all paperwork in order. I would go again of course and have rated them 4 out of 5 overall. No issues during the entire process which is exactly what you want when buying a car
