Sold me dangerous car . Took to a garage and was told and showed . No service had been done ,despite computer saying otherwise . Brake discs below limit despite brake pads being fitted. ( front and back ) Cooling fan stopped due to bad DIY wiring job which had melted all the wiring . Rude staff . I would not go near this company just look through there reviews .they are not just cowboys they are dangerous .

Bought a Japanese performance car their over a year ago (August 19) dealt with a gentleman called Alex, they hooked me up with a battery & a MOT (included tyres). Car was absolutely passable, decided to spend £700 on service to get the car up to perfect condition. Got a good price for part-exchange, car i purchased was solid, my choice to get extra work done for my own piece of mind. They didn't go extra/over and above but the experience was good and I've done okay. Not enough people posting positive reviews as they're quicker to complain than to praise.

Awful customer service. Called to book in a test drive, and was told they were closed on Sundays, despite it saying online they were open everyday of the week. They were rude when I said that we'd been there earlier and seen the car, and asked why I hadn't just done a test drive then, to which I had to explain why not. When I tried to book in a test drive for the Monday, they refused and told me to call on Monday, They hung up the phone twice when speaking to them, and laughed and patronised us. They have lost our custom as I will not be buying my car from them, nor would I recommend their service to anyone.

Got in contact over the phone expressed an interest in purchasing a car from them. Was told to just email so I did. Arranged details of my car, agreed a part exchange and said I would be coming down that weekend to purchase said car. Rearranged my work schedule and insurance bits. Hadn't heard from the garage so dropped another email only to receive a blunt response that the car had been sold. No emails I sent after that were responded to and as it was a 4 hour round trip for me I thankfully managed to ring before setting off. Man on the phone did not display great customer service, said no deposit no car (no one had at ANY point in my communication talked about paying them a deposit so I had assumed everything was fine). He then proceed to seem really bored of the conversation and started arguing that I should "just of used my common sense and known that it was first come first served on the car. " Was not impressed at all with the manner of speaking, no chance I will be buying from them again.

Mileage clocking and an unbelievable response to a generally concerned email from me as I was about to travel 3 hours to buy a car..the email response is as follows. Don’t be stupid and do your homework correctly you pathetic piece of shit

I decided to not to buy a car from German performance Ashford, the car was fine I just changed the my mind, but although I have a promise to return my deposit of if I decide not to buy, I will they kept the £500 deposit they said that is there policy number to do this, I will keep this page updated weekly, in case they refund me my £500 deposit.

EXCELLENT SERVICE, VERY NICE TEAM AT GERMAN PERFORMANCE

Absolutely terrible customer service, the person I dealt with was being awfully rude even at the time of purchase and there was no reason for such rude and distinct behaviour. I had taken my money from the table and left the dealership and left after numerous calls to come back I had to block the guys number. Just shows they’re after money and nothing else. Wouldn’t recommend German Performance in Ashford to anyone
