I visited here today as I had seen a car on their website that interested me. I live local so it didn't take long to get there. I explained to one of the members of staff I wanted to view a car so was given the key to look over it. No pressure was put on me, no sales pitch, I was left to check the car out alone. I returned to the showroom and introduced to a salesman, Ian, who when I told him I was interested in a car and I had one to part ex, he viewed mine and we got on with the deal. It was a very easy process and super fast. It was refreshing to see paperwork being hand written, I nice personal touch which I commented on. I had a very poor experience with Ryan whilst looking to purchase a car. I had read some good reviews prior to my enquiry however if i were to require a car again I would not return to this dealership after my experience. A business is only as good as it's employees
Bought my VW tiguan from here. Dealt with geraint. Great service and very helpful and friendly. Would definitely buy from him again.
Recently bought a nearly new Toyota Yaris with delivery mileage. I had a great saving in comparison to a brand new one. The sales guys were fantastic very friendly and easy going. Will be coming back for servicing in the future. Great place highly recommended.
I've known the people at Gerry Hill Car Sales a while and have dealt with them multiple times, the team of staff they have are always ever so polite and do anything they can to help. Every time I drive away I'm sure I've got a good car and I'm yet to have a complaint about them. I'd recommend them to anybody.

I cant praise Gerry Hill Car Sales enough. It is the best customer service I've ever received from a car dealership and when I'm done with this motor I'll be going straight back to them simply because of how well they treated me. They were very honest, they admit they aren't the cheapest or the dearest but what you get is peace of mind. The warranty is exceptional and they are always there to sort out any issues. I very highly recommend them to anybody they are a fantastic car dealership.

What ever you do, DON'T leave Gerry Hill Car Sales without full documentation and service records, any promises to send them on to you will not be kept if my experience is anything to go by. I was promised a fully stamped dealership service book, and it never arrived, which is not surprising, as the former owner informed me some months later that he had done all the maintenance and serving himself. This is what gives used car sales sites a bad name.
