just brought a Audi Q5 from glasshouse car sales, whole experiance was great and they fitted a new cambelt for the price of the car, gave me a fair part exchange price for my Mercedes. No pressure sales when we came to view the car and a test drive no problem, traveled 90 miles to puchase and well worth it!! Highly recommened! The Audi drives like new, we are very happy.

Absolutely amazing from the moment we arrived to view the vehicle to the moment we collected it a few days later! After arriving near to closing time on bank holiday Monday, Bill was amazing and put himself out to show us the car we had travelled over an hour to see! Regardless of the fact he was due to close he went out of his way to allow us to view the vehicle and even offered a test drive after closing hours. On returning to purchase and collect the car Warren greeted us with care and compassion and was helpful with all our questions. Id highly recommend this garage! We went to look at a car after seeing it on the internet, there was no hassle and the staff was polite and friendly. asked us if we would like the keys to have good look at it and take it for test drive which we did. we decided we would like to buy it and the sale was straight forward very helpful sorted everything out for us ie tax, trade in, new keeper, really good service.

I arrived at the showroom in torrential rain but the weather didn’t dampen the enthusiasm of the staff. I expected the usual “hard sell” from a salesman but it couldn't have been further from the truth. My wife and I received a warm welcome and was offered every curtesy that one would expect from a high end motor dealers where the customer was intending to spend many £1000’s on a brand new car. Every question I asked (and there were many!) was answered without hesitation and nothing was too much trouble. After numerous test drives I finally found the car that suited my needs and the transaction was completed in a timely fashion without any problems. All in all an excellent experience and I would certainly recommend anyone to deal with Glasshouse Car Sales. Five stars all the way from me!

Recently traded my car and bought another from Glasshouse car sales. I consider the trade in price and new car price we’re very fair. My new car was well prepared and ultra clean . The sales team were very helpful without being pressuring, the coffee was also good and welcome ! I was helped to reclaim the remaining road tax and tax the new vehicle together with drive home insurance . I highly recommend this company. Terry
