Bought a E350 coupe 10 years old beautiful car and in excellent condition for its age From global autos I’ve been lucky to experience new cars in the past The staff here are as good if not better than main dealerships i have experienced in the past nothing was too much trouble im not good with technology (over 60)messed all the settings up They gave me a courtesy car and got my car back the next day Brilliant will be back for a service and mot next year

I bought my first car from here Oct 2019 because I wanted a reliable car . First week problems . I was warned that this car had faults was refused Point blank a refund . It’s had new disc breaks and breaks . Now I’ve bean told under inspection from Official Mercedes dealer in Blackburn that it needs a new clutch and the sump pipe is corroded. I have been sold a well polished and valeted heap of scrap . £3.500 is a lot of money for me to save and Spend on my first car ,I thought I was buying reliability but I was in fact being cond . Customer service is brilliant when your parting with your money but be aware if you find any faults you will be stuck with the car. I have proof of every word I have written here. Do not buy a car from here!!!

Came all the way from London to buy a BMW and got to Preston the eml light came on. Phoned up and they didn't wanna know. The car had 4 different tyres one nearly bald a one imatation mv2wheel which didn't fit properly and was dangerous so I was told. The review about the car totally false and crap. Phoned up again from London and I was told. You drove all the way back alright to which I replied yeah and I also phoned you in Preston and I was told I'm too fucking busy for this and the phoned was slammed down. I phoned up again and guess what?? It's engaged this muppet had plenty of mouth 200mile away Blackburn bummer. Stear CLEAR OF THIS CRAP FIRM ESPECIALLY IF FROM THE SOUTH

Global Automobiles are one of the trust worthy traders I have met with so far. I visited them seeing a Merc Benz C-Class on auto-trader. The cars were carefully kept in the covered, clean and neat shade. They were very professional and welcoming to the customers. They kindly helped me choosing a right car for me when I explained him my usage, miles I am going to put on. They sent a car to pick me up from the train station when I went to pick up the car as scheduled. The documentation was up to date along with the inspection report from the AA, they gave me a demo of the car, helped paying a tax before leaving the gate. Excellent car, very happy to drive it, glad I made a good decision. After sales, I called them to understand few things, they were very welcoming and happy to assist. One of the ethical traders I can recon! I will highly recommend Global if you want to buy a car and leave your worries out of the way. Will definitely like to buy my next car from them.

My Fellow Londoners and anyone who is looking for a car! Don't even bother go to view any of Global Automobiles rusty-corroded death trap cars! I spoke to this guy over a few days, he came across very helpful and understanding. I asked him to let me know about anything wrong with the car and to send picture of any noticeable defects. As I'm coming all the way from London. I work within the London Emergency services and doing 14hr night shifts that finishes 10 am. Cut long story shorter. He insisted I should come after my shift and he will discount the car for the amount it takes to get there on the day, which I thought was amazing! As it will cost about £150 to get there (virgin trains), which I formed him and with confidence he said that's fine! He even offered to pick me up from the station so I can drive back to the lot. I asked him again if there is anything wrong with the car or is there anything thing I will pick up on, then he went on about how he's been trading for 25 years and he will never let a car go if there was anything wrong with it (selling the dream). When I got there and saw the car arriving, I noticed straight away that I had wasted my time. Looking through the rims, EVERYTHING was covered thick rust and corroded, I was in total shock. Still went to lot as I travelled all the way. When I got there I was greeted by the guy I spoke to on the phone. Told him I was not happy with the condition of the car with the excessive amount rust and corrosion. He insisted it was normal because they are up north cars rust quicker.... As if is I would buy that. He left me with the car for about 30 mins and clearly I was very upset and unhappy. Started doing other checks, the car sounded bad and parking sensor wasn't working... So I just gave up on the car! He offered to fix the parking sensor and walked off again. I went into the office clearly upset so my voice was a bit raised and got accused of shouting and told to sit down. He had zero understanding and zero care and acted like I owed him rent. He told me the rust was normal again and showed me other rusty-corroded cars but not as bad as mine. He didn't even make an offers on the car, no apology, no remorse at all, just got one of his employees to drop me back to the station. £300 wasted! This man is sickening! I know traders don't have the best reputation but this guy is on a completely different level of low. I would say is personality is to describe between a pig and snake, greedy and ready to turn on you. For the LOVE GOD, don't be fooled by the ratings and how he comes across to begin with. At the end of the day, as person what he done was completely wrong on so many levels to make someone travel about 200 miles and spent £300 on travel to show them a rust bucket and feel no way about it is disgraceful...just for a cars sale. The car was unsafe as the all the parts of brake were corroded and could even get someone killed if they were to fail. If I can save anyone from what I experienced, the money, the time, the rudeness and possibly a life! It will make a happier person. I took a few pictures and videos of the car, as well as recording of him saying that car is fine and fit for purpose which I will report the AA and trading standards.

Bought our new car from Global Automobiles a few weeks ago. Beautiful clean car & brilliant service. Went London over the weekend & the day before we went they checked it over as i was worried due to previous problems with a car bought elsewhere. Was a perfect drive there and back. Junior & Ashley were friendly & amazing. Found a problem with the central locking on purchase & was resolved to excellent standard. Honestly could not rate the service anymore. Just dont know why i havent bought from them before what with being so local. Looking to keep this car a long time but whenever i decide to upgrade i will be going back to Global Automobiles. Fab family business!

Bought a 5 series bmw from Global Automobiles, had nothing but problems. Dodgey transmission car smokes like crazy bodywork needs repainting. All this was covered up with temp fixes iv had the car under 3 month and already spent £1500 trying to get it in decent condition. Now it either needs a new turbo, valve stem seals or a new head gasket. I wish i never purchased it from this company. Bring a mechanic with you if your not good at judging cars with problems. Its hard supporting 2 kids and a wife when you have constant problems with a car you just spent thousands on. Car sold as seen no warranty

I've spend 10k on my bmw 520d which had some serious engine repairs in the past . There was no record of such a repairs in service book... Global Automobiles told me the car comes with full service history....after 3 months and covering 2k miles Car had very serious engine failure... Cost me 2k pounds to get it back on road.

Global Automobiles is the worst company I have ever bought a car from. Just after your money. Never pay a deposit by cash cause u will never see it again. Took 5 months to return and sort out my agreement pure joke. Stay clear of his honda accord it's a heap.
