The central locking on my Micra had been making a noise which was not picked up when it went in to Glyn Hopkin Chelmsford for its second service this year and it had been bugging me ever since. So I decided that I would take it in to Glyn Hopkin Bishops Stortford. When I arrive at the service department I was greeted by a very pleasant receptionist who listened to what I told her about the problem with my car and told me she would take a look at it which she did immediately and came back to me with a diagnosis of the problem and said she would order the part and get me booked in for the work to be carried out. She asked me when it would suit me to come in and I told her the following Friday and I was booked in. I turned up on the Friday to find there had been some confusion and I had been booked in for the following Friday. The same receptionist said the part was in and that she would see if she could get it sorted out for me while I waited and to my great surprise that is exactly what she did. I have found that a level of customer service such as this is a difficult service to come by these days and I would like to say thank to this receptionist for exceeding my expectations with her level of professionalism.
Glyn Hopkin in Bishops Stortford is a complete joke. I viewed my qashqai over 5 months ago and I am still waiting for my warranty documents. I picked up my car and between viewing and pick up dates it had its rear light smashed, rear bumper damaged and window screen cracked!! They parked it up against a wall hoping I wouldn't notice. On route home the engine light came on!! I asked for a refund that they refused!! Since then the car has had to go back three times for repairs. Now this is how they repay me making me wait over 5 months for documents I should have received months ago. The manage Stuart Harrup just says admin keep losing the paperwork and that he has to reprocess (this has happened 3 or 4 times now) a complete joke!! No customer Service what so ever!! All they care about is selling the car not the aftercare. Would not recommend this company to anyone!!
No hard pressure sales just prompt, efficient and helpful service. Test drive organised exactly when requested, all questions answered very fully. Despite my indecision and changes of mind the sales team remained helpful and patient to the end. I am impressed by the level of service from Glyn Hopkin Bishops Stortford.

Took my car in as some lights on the dashboard kept coming on to told by Glyn Hopkin in Bishops Stortford that nothing was wrong. I drove away to break down on a roundabout and when taking the car back got today there was a leak and valve was blocked this took 7 days to sort out and left me without a car! I was then told nothing was wrong there was no leak and they had replaced it all. Disgusting service. Glyn Hopkin don't know what their doing.
I bought a Nissan Qashqai from this dealership back in July. The car was very clean and in good shape and the dealers have been really helpful. There was an issue with the sat nav but they got it sorted quickly and efficiently. The car was a fair price and I am happy with it. I would recommend Glyn Hopkin.
