Throughout the whole process, Will was very helpful and informative making sure that I understood the information being delivered and sourcing additional info as and when required. He responded to messages and facilitated the whole process to a high level.
William O Donoghue gave a friendly service, was sympathetic to our needs, gave us all the information asked for and remained totally professional throughout the whole process of buying our car. He kept in touch regularly throughout the whole process without being pushy, which would have put me off. We have bought new and nearly new cars from this dealership for over 20 years and have always been satisfied with the service we have received other than recently from some of the desk team who book in for servicing, which wasn't as efficient for me this time.

Fantastic customer service we received from Mehmet. At no point we didn’t feel pressured in to purchasing a car like we had at another dealership. He was friendly and very informative at all times and even told us that he could get any vehicle through the group delivered to the Colchester branch for us to look at, this is what we did. On the day it came to pick up our car he spent time over showing us how all the things worked on the car and then we were contacted a couple of days later to see how we were getting on with it. He is a real credit to the company and we would not hesitate in recommending this dealership especially Mehmet Thanks again Adrian and Michelle

Mehmet provided outstanding service at all stages of the pre - and post purchase process. We received frequent email and telephone communications about the delivery date for the vehicle, Mehmet was always professional, courteous and eager to ensure all our questions were answered. Delighted to be the owners of a firs-class Nissan Qashqai epower.

The Customer Service given to my Husband and I by Memet was excellent (second to none) from viewing the car to collecting car. He kept us informed from day of ordering and delivery dates. On collection day Memet explained everything clearly and patiently. (Often having to explain every once or twice). Such a great guy and an asset to your Company. Thankyou Mehmet

Had a technical Issue with my car key fobs; Nissan Duke, this soon resolved by service manager, Matthew Hammond. On this occasion, he was sincere, and most helpful. ALL OF THE STAFF, On all previous occasions, have been most helpful. Very polite, and professional In all aspects. Must say, their after customer skills, are the best ever. Dave Duffett
So, please advise me Nissan Colchester how your customer care and values have slipped so far in a year!!! To be fair your shining light was a chap in parts who quickly and easily solved a minor problem with a part for another vehicle, however the rest of it has been appalling!! I spent 3.5 hours at your showroom today - I was interested in the possibility of an upgrade but you inspected my vehicle and advised that because my vehicle needed a new clutch it the cost being £1200 to replace that you could only offer me £1200 in part ex my answer to this was no - fair enough my car needs work!! You then advised that my car needed new spark plugs - I asked you to check this as I paid for several works to be done last year and guess what new spark plugs was one of those jobs!! You advised that this was the fault of the technician??? This makes me question the validity of the work carried out last year. So the new clutch problem, you advised that the clutch needed replacing at a cost of £911.28. A little shocking so I left your establishment and went to 2 independent garages for quotes on a new clutch - both garages at separate ends of Colchester looked at my car and advised that although the clutch is biting high that they would not endorse replacement anytime soon - they advised that should it cause me problems then they would be happy to replace my clutch at the grand cost of no more that £450.00. Both independent garages tested my car and advised that it would be work that is not required at this time. Both garages advised that my car is only 6 years old and that it has less than 50,000 miles on the clock - they advised that unless my car is being driven by a "boy racer" its is likely that I will sell the car before the clutch goes (potentially several years)- both garages advised me to keep my money and pay out should this become a problem. As a loyal customer of Nissan for 12 years and the fact that I have recommended you in the past as you have always been fair, honest and consistent, for the first time ever I plan on changing my vehicle but spending my money elsewhere as today I am disillusioned and very angry about the way I have been treated - I happily accepted that my car needed works but I find that 2 of those jobs were unnecessary at this time - had I not been savvy enough to speak to other garages you would have taken £1000.00 for works that were not necessary at this time. I should also like to point out that my vehicle has been solely looked after by Nissan since purchase - I thought that by doing this that when it came to works being carried out or upgrade that you would play fair - this is clearly not the case!!.
