My qashqai had a service in ipswich branch at Norwich Road on 25-01-2021. When I get home I realise the near side has 3 dents and a few scratches,(deep ones). And a white powder where the dents and scratches are,they tried to disguised with it... After a conversation on the fone with service manager,Ryan rookery,I move my self to the branch,and for my surprise this person said it was not done here... I know for sure nissan damage my car. Also I question the manager about the chek list has no references to the dents or even the scratches, and that white powder. And he appear nervous with the question. I'm not going to do any deals, with Glyn hopkin and I will advise anyone doing your service there (Norwich rd),don't trust this no professional scheme. This guy it's not professional And it's a lier He shouldn't be at that position. I wish someone from nissan to contact me. This meter should be sorted. I try fone nissan a few times without any progress. The reason it's they cut the call. Very disappointed.
Excellent sales guy Aaron is explained all the ins and outs of a Nissan Qashqai that I have been looking at for my Mrs explained what options are available and what my price range can get me no hard sale here proper gentlemen will be coming back again to see him with the mrs wonderful asset to the company great employee thank you again
The salesman (Jordan @ Ilford) has been absolutely fantastic; extremely professional, courteous and understanding. He has always called back when promised and wasn't pushy at all - he made things so easy and should be commended for his professionalism. I highly recommend Glyn Hopkin East London for their great service!
I had an issue regarding supagard that had been sold to me at another branch of glyn Hopkins and hadn’t been explained properly regarding the guarantee rules. I had contacted the other branch complaining but got nowhere when I asked for my money back for the supagard. I rang the Romford branch and spoke to a lovely lady called kiely. She listened to my complaint and asked me to put my complaint in writing to the complaint dept of the relevant branch. I agreed to do this but before I had a chance to do the letter she rang me back and told me she had spoken to the sales manager at the other branch and that he had agreed to refund me in full! Now that is good customer service! Thankyou Kiely
Just bought a Nissan car from Antony at Glynn Hopkin Romford. Very impressed with the service. Nothing was to much trouble Antony went above and beyond really pleased with our new car. Thank you. Highly recommended 10/10.
I went in to get a car, was not allowed to test drive.. Bullied me to pay deposit. Changed my mind and demanded for refund - Refused to give me my refused after I have paid 10, 000 pounds as deposit for 16295 pounds car. Never will I trust Glyn Hopkin again. Highly disappointed. Not to be trusted to do business with.
Customer Service skills need to be addressed and managed aswell as assessed not happy with customer reassurance . Romford Branch
I previously purchased a pre-reg Nissan Micra Acenta in 2014 although purchased from Glyn Hopkin Nissan St Albans , this particular car originated from Glyn Hopkin Nissan Romford Stock . 3 years after purchase the rear beam axle was found to be faulty , not damaged Glyn Hopkin and Nissan did not want to know , so I had to pay £1017.38 for a new rear beam axle . I found a 2019 Nissan Juke Acenta but it was located at G.H Nissan Romford Glyn Hopkin not wanting to make the trip to this dealership I assumed Romford dealership would transfer the vehicle to St Albans , but this was not possible G.H Romford offered to drive the vehicle to my home for test drive ,but wanted an assurance that I would travel to Romford to collect it increase in part -exchange and reduction in Finance charge . I remembered the customer loyalty I received with the Micra , I decided it wasn't worth the risk of another LEMON.
I am a returning customer and until recently I was happy with the service. However, on my last visit in August to book a service and MOT I experienced rude and arrogant nissan representative. Not only he did not want to book a service for which I have a contract but also was hesistant to book a MOT claiming that system cannot handle that at the time. When I confronted him with the facts from previous year that it was done for equivalent dates he grumbled something under his nose and processed the request. In addition, the sale representative Anthony Valentine presented himself to be arrogant and of little knowledge when asked few questions. When asked for a release of new Xtrial he claimed that is already out and pointed at the current (old) model. When pressed by me that it is not true and you mislead the customer he was hesistant and rude. I will not be making any new purchases from this company. Stay away from this poor customer service and brand.
Service is advertised with "free" courtesy car. The small print says "may" exclude insurance. Remember you're dealing with used car salesmen here so "may"="will" and so be prepared for a £20 charge for "courtesy".
