Glyn Hopkin Romford keeps sending us email with offers but fails to return telephone enquires to their offers. I telephoned and spoke to the Assistant Manager with regards to a new Nissan Juke and are still waiting 30 days later. I have now purchased a new car from Bristol Street Nissan and would highly recommend them as being the best and also the cheapest.
I ordered a Nissan Leaf. The order form was very confusing and stated a sum of money which I did not recognised. When I asked about it they told me that the real price s the one I was told. At least I got this in writing. Next day I was told that the insurance deal is not going to apply for me and it was a mistake. Then I kept asking about the time of arrival of the car but no definite answer till today that I got an e-mail to go and sign the finance paperwork and then I would be advised about the delivery date. I thought I was bullied and forced to do something I did not want to do. Glyn Hopkin Nissan in Romford are only interested in the money and nothing else.
Well, Glyn Hopkin in Romford met all deadlines they said they would, actually taught me a lot about the car before i made the purchase. Let me have a test drive too and that went well so i bought a Nissan Qashqui. Really happy with everything
