I purchased my vehicle three months ago from Glyn Hopkin Nissan in Waltham Abbey and it was due for a service which I thought was weird as I was told when I bought it that it had had a visual service. I took it I to the branch where I bought it (Waltham abbey) and got a phone call a few hours later telling me that the two front tyres needed replacing along with the front brake pads and the air conditioning needed re-gassing !!!!!!! Considering I paid £21.000 for it ,surely these things should have been dealt with before I bought it on the previous service. I have since phoned twice and was told twice that the person I wanted to speak to would call me back. That was two days ago and I am still waiting !!!!! Please take heed . This branch is terrible for customer service. This is the second bad review I have given this branch !!!!!!!
Recently purchased a second hand Qashqai from Glyn Hopkin Waltham Abbey and was really pleased with the service. Phil handled our sale from the first appointment. Phil was with another customer when we first arrived, but Rob stood in and helped us – even made me a lovely green tea! Gary in finance helped us select the best deal – we put a deposit down the same day! When our vehicle arrived, there were a couple of things we weren’t happy with but the team said that they would address the issues. There was a small misunderstanding that Mark, the Sales Manager assisted with - he was very helpful and gave us the service we were after. Finally, on collection, Phil made the process easy. Stuart in finance completed the paperwork and we drove away very happy! One little dink on the bonnet means we’ll go back to see the dent specialist, but Phil assured us this wouldn’t be a problem. Overall, very happy with the service and deal we got with Glyn Hopkin.
Glyn Hopkin were very fair, the transaction was very straightforward and when I took the car back with a couple of things I wasn't happy about they were happy to get it sorted. I'd happily say they were a good dealership to buy from.
Recently I purchased a Nissan Qashqai from Glyn Hopkin in Waltham Abbey and i was left very very impressed. When going to view the car i had to fit this in between work and so was delayed or changed time, same as when picking up and they was always accommodating and understanding. Phil the geezer i dealt with always helpful, took old car down and left in compound until couple of days later, all friendly and solved one slight payment issue without any hassle at all
