I RESERVED a vehicle and travelled to see the car. Also took time off work. He knew I was arriving at 1pm. I contacted him that I am 10 minutes away and he text back saying it's sold.

Complete nonsense, he sold the Mercedes to me, you had not secured the car or left a deposit so unfortunately that's the way it goes sometimes. The seller is actually a very friendly and genuine guy and I would not hesitate to recommend him!

I have a feeling that the response has been made by the seller himself. Have a look on Google reviews. I have got proof and screenshots that he agreed to let me see the car first. Before I arrived he decided to sell it and that is bad customer service.
